This is an absolutely outstanding place! The food is top notch, crafted with passion and mastery. Each dish was surprising, elaborate, and intensely delicious. The service is great too, super friendly. Special thanks to chef Mateusz and attendant Daria for the tasting menu introductions and wonderful service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at solmarina restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was prompt, and the attention to detail made the whole evening memorable. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a special occasion, this is the place to go. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

My husband wanted to treat me to a dinner for my birthday while on vacation in Poland and he found restaurant Solmarina. The à la carte section of the restaurant is very nice and tables were beautifully set. The waiting staff was very attentive without being overbearing. We ordered the 5 course tasting meal with a bottle of Polish white wine. The courses were brought to our table, one looking more beautiful than the other and each tasting absolutely delicious! My favourite was the pork filet with a mélange of mushrooms, a delicious brown sauce with a hint of caramel and a blueberry compote, that should not have been a good combination but it was heavenly! Our compliments to the chefs, who took turns in delighting and surprising us with the various dishes. And our thanks to the waiting staff for making this an evening we will not forget ❤️

The Lamb was perhaps the best I have ever tasted. Pink and tender in a dark gravy. Served with Aubergine heart with a delicious Aubergine sauce. Beautiful modern restaurant in the hotel alongside the River.

Tuna steak was delicious! Highly recommend!

Worse soups in Poland. Pea soup was super salty and uneatable. The fish soup was full of cream like eating cream cheese that had turned bad.

Trudno o krytycyzm w tak wyjątkowym miejscu. Atmosfera, lokalizacja oraz wysmakowane wnętrza robią znakomite wrażenie i tworzą przestrzeń o wysokiej kulturze estetycznej. Obsługa zasługuje na szczególne uznanie — profesjonalna i uważna, mimo wyraźnych braków kadrowych drugiego dnia naszego pobytu. Muzyka na żywo dopełnia całości w sposób nienachalny, a jednocześnie niezwykle klimatyczny. Na osobną uwagę zasługuje kuchnia: dania są wyraziste, urozmaicone i serwowane w satysfakcjonujących porcjach. Dużym atutem okazał się również dobór wina zaproponowany przez kelnera — idealnie dopasowany i świadczący o wysokich kompetencjach obsługi.
