We went to this restaurant as a group of three for a fine dining experience. The ambience is amazing; there is plenty of space between the tables, which really elevates the experience because you don’t feel disturbed by other guests. Our waiter was very attentive.
We ordered soup (Boletus consommé), pierogi (Pierogi z pieczoną wołowiną) and beef carpaccio (Carpaccio wołowe) as starters. For the main course, we had tenderloin steak (medium well) and Cote De Boeuf - dry-aged (medium), with a bottle of Meria, plus potatoes and a green salad on the side. Before that, we were served lovely croquettes and sourdough bread with a special butter.
The croquettes and special butter were very unique and delicious – we loved them.
The soup was a bit on the salty side, or perhaps the beef stock itself was; there was also quite a lot of stock compared to the solid ingredients at the bottom. Overall, it was an average dish.
The pierogi were so good – no further comment, you just have to try them!
The tenderloin, especially cooked medium well, was awesome. It was very tender and so tasty, and it went perfectly with potatoes with dill and green salad.
Cote De Boeuf - dry-aged was upper-mid level; it was cooked correctly, but the taste did not really amaze us.
The wine (Meria) we chose was also very good.
Overall, we recommend this restaurant.
