We travel a lot, and always look for top restaurants and special dining experiences in every city, and this was one of the best restaurants we’ve been to anywhere. The attention to detail, the service, the food, the room - there was nothing here that could be faulted. Staff spoke excellent English and were superb at dealing with our request for gluten free dishes. Their suggestions for food and wine were spot on, and every one of the dishes was sensational, both in the presentation and the taste. The absolute highlight of our stay in Stockholm.

We did the 5 course pairing with 5 cocktails. The small plates were creative and had nice presentations. While I thought the food was fine, the cocktails were really tasty, and I would definitely recommend ordering drinks. Our server was nice, attentive, and knowledgeable about each course. We didn’t initially realize we would be sharing a table with 2 other parties when we made the booking, but it ended up being a very social and fun experience!

Lovely food, drinks, service and atmosphere. There was a wedding function there too! We ordered 4 dishes each to share. They are not big portion, hence you will need a bit more to fill up the tummy. The restaurant is nicely decorated and good for groups as well as couples and single dining at the bar seats checking out the kitchen staff in actions! Highly recommended!

Fabulous small plates place—and really well priced for this quality of food (and being in Scandinavia). Very creative combinations that always win on texture, and sometimes can be a little too rich in flavour, but only just. A delight. Looking forward to returning. :)

Dinner at Restaurant Hantverket was an experience in every sense. I had the 4-course menu, and each dish was beautifully crafted, creative, balanced, and full of subtle, thoughtful flavors. You can tell there’s real attention to detail, not just in the food but in how the entire evening is curated. The space itself is elegant but not stiff, modern Scandinavian design with a warm, welcoming feel. The service was excellent: attentive, knowledgeable, and paced perfectly. It’s not just a meal here, it’s an experience, and one I’d absolutely return for.

Phenomenal dinner, albeit pricey but worth every penny. Our standouts were the flatbread with pork, smoked mackerel and thinly raw sliced steak but you truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Also loved the drinks. You will need a reservation as it is quite busy even in a week night but we were able to book the day before.

One of the best restaurants in Stockholm. Their menu is super creative and bringing new twist to flavors. Each dish was well presented and explained by the super friendly staff. The atmosphere is super cozy

A busy place but they were still able to find a table for five of us. Really helpful staff who recommended picking 3 small plates and the food was beautifully presented with really creative flavours and textures. Nicest restaurant I’ve been to in months. Tack!

One of my favorite meals in Stockholm! Small plates, elevated food in an elegant but casual setting, with an emphasis on seafood. Our table ordered a bunch of plates to share. Everything we had was fabulous. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful as well in terms of recommendations, and we received attentive service throughout the night. For those coming from NYC, it reminds me a lot of Contra. We came with a reservation, but had a brief stay at the bar because they were running a little behind which was totally fine by us (recommend a res). Definitely coming back whenever I am back in the city.

Stopped in recently without a reservation - the space is nice and large, we were able to grab a seat in the bar area which is very comfortable. Started off with a couple of stellar cocktails - the verano and rossellini - both were perfect temperature (cooled glasses), balanced very well and drank beautifully. The second set of cocktails we tried were not as good (foamo and the slushy rum and coke), but that's ok. For food, we ordered 3-4 dishes per person and couldn't finish (possibly due to some of the dishes being very heavy). highlights for me were the struva (insanely good), the hasselback potatoes (great texture on these), the salmon tartare (very fun and interesting/creative dish, although a touch fishy), and the sliced raw beef (again fun and creative, great flavors and loved the cheese). The fried perch was also a really nice entree. The fried pork was decent but pretty heavy, and we also ordered an asparagus macaroni which we couldn't finish it was heavy on the palate. Overall a very nice meal, would return to try other dishes. There were no reservations available but tons of walk-in space so don't let that deter you.

Excellent food choices a la cart. Make sure you tourists like me know what you are getting! Some wonderful surprises but servers can help you!

If in Stockholm, you have to check out Restaurang Hantverket. Every dish we had was unique, flavorful and beautifully presented. My wife knows good food and she was over the top.

Food was delicious and atmosphere was outstanding. The server forgot to send our order back to the kitchen so we had to wait almost 45 minutes to receive our food. We were patient and were comped dessert. Would still recommend!

cool place for a drink and maybe a snack but not sure i'd do a whole dinner here again. lots of small plates and liked some, but overall everything was just not my favorite. great service from the bartenders

I booked a dinner at Spritbordet, which is a set menu focused on the cocktails that accompanies the food (or vice versa). The course is 1450kr/person and for that you get five small courses and five well crafted cocktails. Prepare yourself for a food and drink experience. This was a dinner out of the ordinary mostly due to the interesting concept, the possibility to converse with the other people sharing the table and the excellent service. The food was lovely, and nicely presented. For me the amount of food was perfect but I can imagine that some of the other people at the table (8ppl seated per evening) could have had another course at least. As mentioned earlier the service is top notch! Kristoffer, the bartender, who guided us through the evening was accommodating, attended to our preferences and when we all though that the last cocktail were too heavy on the liquor, he presented us all with a small extra glass of a lighter version. Experimental and still being a new concept it felt that the staff was attentive and listened to our feedback as well which enhanced the experience even further. I'll come back for sure, at least for the amazing cocktails!

Incredible! All the way around. Excellent, daring, beautiful tapas style dishes featuring a fresh take on Swedish classics and phenomenal service. We sat at the bar (usually not my favorite, I like sitting at a table) and it was so fun to watch all the chefs work their magic right before our eyes. We initially intended on ordering two or three of their tapas style plates because we weren't terribly hungry, but ended up order six each, including dessert, because they were all so good and the menu was so exhilarating. Fabulous drinks and a very well done interior. 100% would return.

really creative new nordic cuisine, and very accommodating service (kids asking for pasta, allergies, etc.)

I love this place - seriously one of the best tasting menus I've ever had. We were a group of seven so we did the "Chef's Menu;" the veg option was amazing with creative dishes beyond what they normally make the vegetarian eat :) The green tomato soup was so tasty - still trying to find a recipe online. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was warm and the service great. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!

Resturang Hantverket offers a rustic yet modern ode to classic Swedish food. Every dish left my pallet satisfied, from starter to main to dessert. Plating walks a fine line between pretension and playfulness, which makes for a unique dining experience sure to leave you with an impressed grin on your face. The chefs rendition of chanterelle toast borders genius. Chow down.

Really good food, and pleasant decor, but music loud enough to make it hard to enjoy either, and deter me from returning.

Seriously good food, perfectly balanced cocktails and excellent service = can't be much better! Personally, as a taste professional, I'm impressed!

The service at this restaurant was fantastic! From the host to the bartenders, they were knowledgeable and friendly and prompt. The decor and vibe are high design while still being casual and comfortable. The drinks are varied and delicious, the desserts experimental and exceeded our expectations. This is a spectacular neighborhood spot, but people should come from all over to enjoy it.
