Restaurang Signum

As an American from Chicago visiting a long time Gothenburg resident, was looking for an impeccable restaurant a bit away from the city limits. Found Signum and managed to book a reservation before they received their second Michelin star. Phenomenal experience. Although it was both our first Michelin experience, we both had the best culinary experience of our life. Much thanks to the staff, everything was carefully crafted and they created an amazing gluten free course for my fellow guest. Hope to visit again someday!

We, my family and I, spent a weekend at Hällsnäs, and had a most lovely dinner at Signum. We were in total 18 people, from 70 years of age down to 2. The 18-course dinner was a sensational experience, prepared by masterly chefs and presented by friendly and caring staff. Thank you to the whole crew who made this evening truly memorable. We can highly recommend this establishment, as a total culinary experience. And no, I will add no photos of my own, as the restaurant’s professional pictures presents the food so much better.

The best place to eat in Göteborg area, probably in Sweden and possibly in Europe as well. Super wine pairing and harmonious experience.

Very fine food and nice panorama

What can I say, a once in a life time experience. The most amazing, VIP service with the most amazing meals. The chefs, sommelier, waitresses were second to none. They catered to all of our allergies also. This is a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Go before they get them.

Apologies 1. If I spell names wrong and 2. if I missed anyone - including the pastry chef - the warm petit four in the bar was amazing. If it was you who came up with the strawberry/pine/caviar effort, then you are an evil genius - makes no sense, tastes divine. Bravo everyone else as well - Douglas (the wines- the big guns), Thomas, Iwan, Alma, Richard, Aaron, Marcus and Isaac. Isaac - turbot man. I enjoyed myself so much. Thank you for looking after me. Start to finish, it was excellent.
