Some of the unfriendliest service I have ever witnessed. Our main waitress, who seemed to hold some low level managing position, didn't make any effort whatsoever. Abysmal.
As far as the food goes, our mains (pigeon and salmon) were good and starters mediocre. The chocolate dessert was middle of the road, the rhubarb was - to be fair - exceptionally good.
We also ate at bord'eau, also a Michelin plate just 50 meters further. Less classical French, if that is what you're looking for, but cheaper and wayyyyy better, both by taste and service. It is owned and run by a 2 Michelin star chef, and it really shows.
