"Keiichi Shinohara, a Japanese chef with solid credentials (including a stint at Le Violon d'Ingres during the Christian Constant era), is at the helm of this restaurant with refined contemporary decor. Customer satisfaction is the goal here, in particular when it comes to the food, which is modern and inspired, with the odd nod to Japan." - Michelin Inspector

The food was delicious! Unique flavor combinations and excellent service. We had a really lovely evening. One small suggestion would be to make the restaurant’s décor a bit cozier. Other than that, we definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for a foodspot with great food and and a relaxed evening book here. It was clear that a lot of thought and work went into each dish. We got the three course menu and also got an appetizer. Also great wine selection.

Attention to detail made every course a standout. Unexpected and innovative food pairing created memorable courses that delighted. The presentation was both beautiful and amusing. Often hitting all the flavor, texture and visual notes over so many dishes, something does not triumph. Not the case here. But the attention to the guests enjoyment does not end with the food. The staff and chef took great care in explaining each course and suggested ( upon our request) wines to pair with them. Even the physical plates and dishes and stemware complemented the experience. The entire dining experience left one happy and satisfied, and feeling as if one had just received an exceptional gift, rather than just a nice meal.

I went for lunch with my wife today, she'd been recommended this place by a Japanese friend. We booked the 5 Course discovery menu and just had that with sparkling water and two espresso to finish. The amuse-bouche was a beautifully smooth and creamy Zucchini soup served with a savoury Canele with edamame. The starter was charred tuna with a cabbage salad. The dressing was tart, salty with a wonderful umami aftertaste. The fish course was Tara in a light batter with vegetables, a green olive puree and a yuzu foam. The meat course was a beef rump with a green bean puree and a béarnaise foam and was all finished by a beautiful dessert of a sabayon and crumble with strawberries and hibiscus. Service was by the chef himself and the price was EUR 118. Was it good value, yes, very much. Would I come again, absolutely.

During our recent visit to Paris, we had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant. A party of four, we opted for the exquisite 6-course menu and were graciously served by the chef himself. His wine recommendation complemented the meal perfectly, and he meticulously described each course, enhancing our dining experience. The flavors in every course were exceptional and left us thoroughly impressed. What sets this place apart is the outstanding value for the price—a true gem in Paris! We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. 5 stars!

Alleudium gave us wonderful food and a memorable experience. There is no menu; we simply signed up for the 6-course meal and the chef chose everything. There were three appetizers, a meat dish, a fish dish, and dessert. Everything was excellent, but the rare (raw?) tuna appetizer stood out as terrific. The price was a very reasonable 65 euros per person, plus drinks.

We visited on a Saturday night and whilst it was fairly quiet, the atmosphere was lovely and the service was excellent. Each course was delicious and portion sizes were generous. The chef brought the food to the table and clearly explained each dish (in English). I had contacted the restaurant before we arrived to let them know I was pregnant and couldn’t eat raw fish or bloody meat and the chef was wonderful in amending my dishes to make them suitable for my requirements. This is an excellent restaurant which I would recommend to all. The price is reasonable and we had a brilliant night.
