What can I say. I hate Michelin star restaurants. Overpriced and pompous. Added to that I am not a big fish fan so obviously going to such a place is just a recipe for disaster. However, was invited here on business. Well, the food was awesome the service was impeccable and the recommended wine was amazing. Even the Italian olive oil was out of this world.
It was obvious the team are passionate about what they are doing. Would I go again yes for sure it is nice to see a team take pride in what they do and do it so will. Do I still like Michelin star restaurants? Not really, but this has softened my stance.
One annoying fact is I forgot my phone so could not take pictures.
