Restaurant Aroma Italian Fine Dining

What a wonderful experience! Last night I had dinner at this restaurant. I can definitely say that I appreciated everything about it — from the atmosphere, with its really cool furniture and ambient lighting, to the food. The dishes truly guide you through an experience of Italian culture. I loved all the details in each plate, and I really enjoyed the fact that the Chef walked around the tables, offering explanations and receiving feedback.

We had an absolutely stellar multi-course lunch at Aroma. The team has put thought into everything; from the decor to the presentation of the olive oil, from the fun and flavourful wine pairing to the sublime food. A few tiny hiccups in service, maybe, but nothing that would ever ruin our experience; young and passionate servers deserve to learn the ropes. The knowledgeable sommelier is always on hand to smooth things out. Also great fun to see the chef pop out of the kitchen to present his delicious dessert. We've been to quite a few award-winning fine dining establishments now, from unexplored gems to the top of the world. In our eyes, this place deserves a Michelin star.

Fantastic Italian flavors in a modern setting, served on beautiful plates. The crew has an eye for the their table and is dedicated to great service. Definitely a place to return to.

Living in the NL, it is possible to find several Italian restaurants but Aroma is something special. It is an experience, I fully felt having real Italian courses made with an extraordinary selection of ingredients, combined with passion highlighting their taste. The environment is elegant, the service is kind and professional. I fully recommend Aroma for all kind of occasion, from a business lunch to a romantic dinner.

Spectacular food in a very beautiful and sophisticated setting. Attention to detail, creativity and professionalism abound. It was an amazing experience. The perfection of the presentation and flavors can’t be easily matched. We loved it! Bravo, chef Pasquale!

Worth a detour, if this was located in a big city at least one star. Go!

We hebben een heerlijke avond gehad. Dit restaurant weet perfect de balans te vinden tussen verfijnde gastronomie en een ontspannen, bijna huiselijke sfeer. De gerechten zijn niet alleen erg lekker, maar ook verrassend in hun combinaties. Duidelijk met veel aandacht, creativiteit en vakmanschap samengesteld. Elke gang verraste ons weer op een andere manier. De service is erg fijn: professioneel, maar tegelijkertijd warm en toegankelijk. Je voelt je meteen op je gemak. Dat de chef (Pasquale) zelf af en toe langskomt om iets toe te lichten, en bij vertrek nog even vraagt hoe het was, maakt de ervaring extra persoonlijk en bijzonder. Bedankt!

Gisteravond voor de 2e maal restaurant Aroma bezocht. Was wederom geweldige culinaire ervaring. Zowel het reguliere als het vegetarische 6-gangenmenu waren een lust voor het oog en de smaakpapillen. Leuk dat de chef regelmatig aan tafel de gerechten serveert en passievol vertelt over de achtergrond van de gerechten. We hebben van het begin tot het eind genoten.
