This place isn’t just about good food ;it’s about intention. The chef is incredibly talented and clearly driven by deep respect for nature. They source their fish directly from trusted fishermen, cook exclusively over charcoal, and lean heavily into fermentation in a way that really elevates everything on the table.
It’s a pescatarian restaurant ,fish and vegetables only ..and every plate reflects thoughtful creativity. The drinks deserve their own spotlight: house-made kombuchas, carefully selected sake, and other unique pairings that completely blew us away. Nothing felt random ! everything was made or chosen with care.
It’s definitely a place worth encouraging and supporting. If you care about where your food comes from and how it’s treated, this is the kind of spot you want to experience. Truly, truly excellent.
