We wanted to visit this restaurant for couple of years, waiting for the perfect opportunity. Tonight was the night. It was a birthday night. Staff’s kindness and excellent service turned this Thursday dinner into an amazing experience. We won’t wait so long to come back, very soon! Thank you

Very cozy place serving phenomenal food and superb wines! We opted for the fixed menu option and enjoyed every single meal.

Traveled from the US to visit friends, place was recommended. I was not disappointed. Awesome place for food and drinks great staff. Super friendly cosy environment, food was amazing. From the fish and pork, down to the corn. Chefs kiss! Will definitely come back when I'm helsinki next.

Great food and exceptional service! We were 10 people and had very nice dinner on Wednesday. Retaurant was full but we had a table reservation which was made well in advance. Greetungs to super lovely waitress!

Everything about this restaurant is great. The atmosphere is great as we managed to book a somewhat private table for our group. The service was great as well. As for the food. Our meal is shared dishes, which means we share the food instead of individual portions. And everything was great. The beef tartare and the steak were great. Cooked perfectly. Their salad and homemade bread is another level as well. The potato was also great. Their desert wine was tasty. And the desert itself was also great. It didn't look like an appetite but one bite is enough to change your mind. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend this restaurant if you have the chance.

Amazing food and outstanding service. It was the first time and for sure we will come back many times. We arrived a little earlier to our reservation and from the beginning, all the staff made us feel special. Exquisite attention: funny and pendant of our needs. Great selections of wines (next time we will try the cocktails). But food... wow! Sooo clean flavors... I really enjoyed. The wine recommendation was excellent and even that we all had different starters, main and side dishes, matching was perfect. I only have good words for the whole experience

BasBas Kulma has a 4.6 rating for a reason (I am surprised it’s not higher), everything about it is unique and the food is absolutely delicious. VIKTOR & HIU ensured our experience was nothing less than remarkable, thank you both once again!! Because of the terrific customer service & spectacular food we are dining in the upstairs bistro in three days to experience yet another aspect of BasBas, can’t wait!!!!

We go all over the world, and eat at some great places. BasBas Kulma genuinely stands out as one of the most enjoyable meals we have had anywhere. Great atmosphere, impeccable service, but the food is the rock star- unpretentious, plain spoken but confident, creative and absolutely packed with flavour. This is how food should look and taste. No wonder all the chefs in Helsinki come here to eat.
