I was really looking forward to my Wagyu beef flank steak, but unfortunately, the meat was not right in terms of taste – it was clear from the first bite that something was off. I immediately informed the waiter, who took the dish back without hesitation and offered us a beef carpaccio instead, which was a positive gesture.
However, when we received the carpaccio, we asked for some bread to go with it, but never received any. We waited over 10 minutes, yet there was no response and no bread brought to the table.
Even upon arrival, we noticed that the plates on the table were covered in dust – not a great first impression. When it came time to pay, the waiters themselves seemed uncomfortable with the situation, which didn’t help the overall experience.
