Blanqueries

We ate the tasting menu (dinner) for 42 euro per person. The staff was wonderful. Unfortunatly the food was not as good as we expected at all. Sadly, the overall food was bland. Even though the price was low, we expected greater culinary tastes due to the expectations of the Michelin recommendations.

One of the best food experiences in Valencia. It was a special celebration for me, and my family arranged dinner here. The icing on the cake was the carrot cake slice which they brought after our desserts for my birthday. Thank you Team Blanqueries for the exceptional service.

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant more than the Michelin starred Mont Bar in Barcelona. 32 euro night tasting menu was plenty of food. Even had to take out some of it. The menu keeps changing which will entice me to come back. For the meal I tried, the best dishes were the sea bass entree, the salmon comes, and the pork + liver meatballs. Can't give anything other than 5 stars especially considering the price.

We had a fantastic experience at Blanqueries in Valencia! The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with care. Each dish was a pleasant surprise, combining creativity with high-quality ingredients. The service was warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout the meal. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for both a special evening out or a leisurely lunch. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the air conditioning was a bit strong — a touch chilly at times. But honestly, it was a minor issue compared to how much we enjoyed everything else. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined dining experience in Valencia!

Even with the same menu, I visited twice within a week. Hake is so delicious, the cooking is just right, and the Mellow rice with duck and boletus is even more delicious after taking it home. I can't forget it, so I must return as soon as possible which I did. The service here is very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Looking forward to the changes in the menu in different seasons.

Awesome place for fine dining. The stuff is very friendly and thoughtful! They speak English and also German if needed. The restaurant looks wonderful from the inside. You have a lots of space around you and your table wich is lovely and common for this kind of Restaurants. And of course the food is amazing I recommend to go with the dinner menu. The drinks menu is also very interesting and they will help you to find a sublime pairing. One last thing, in my opinion a reservation is always needed. Un million de gracias!

Simply(!) great - not fancy but classy. The food was fresh, well cooked and with that something special that you hope for when a restaurant has a Michelin recommendation. The service was friendly and competent in all respects that count. Allergies were ingenously dealt with. And yes, a restaurant can be well lit and still feel confortable. Prices were "fair" to say the least.

My friend and I found Restaurante Blanqueries on Yelp, and visited one evening for dinner. We both went with the set menu and chose different dishes so we could sample the whole menu. Included for each of us were three starters, a choice of two mains and a choice from one dessert. Each course was incredible! The taste profiles were delightful, and the presentation and plating were works of art :-) Service was friendly, effiecent, and hospitable, and the ambinace wsa releaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended! I look forward to returning the next time I'm in Valencia.

We just spent 3 months in Valencia and ate at many restaurants. Blanqueries was our favourite and we came for Friday lunch three times! 21€ for 5 courses (3 starters, 1 main and a dessert). Different menu every week and they were happy to do a non meat dish for us (but with seafood - we are piscararian. I'm not sure they do vegetarian). Lovely service with some English spoken (and a menu in English if you ask). Delicious food, great atmosphere and great wine list. We staggered back to our apartment afterwards very full & very happy!!

Absolutely brilliant. One of the most elegant, beautiful, creative, meals I have had in my life. Not being able to speak Spanish well, the waitress was extremely courteous and helped us with the menu. The price was extremely reasonable for the obvious effort that went into the taste, creativity and design that went into every single course. I would go back a million times and urge everyone who visits to Valencia to go!

It is cheap but my meal was largely inedible. Michelin Guide gives it a Bib Gourmand. I think not. Yes cheap but they try to be what they are not - I cannot recommend under any circumstances and I am astonished that it had many patrons - the power of Michelin? That's how I got trapped there.

Upscale restaurant with surprisingly low prices, at least for lunch time. The quality of the meals and service is just superior to anything else in Valencia. Let them choose a wine to pair with your food selection and enjoy. Great place for groups and dates.
