Went there around 2 minths ago, unfortunately the food wasn’t up to my expectation.
The appetizer, Fjordforelle, was the best out of the 3 dishes I tried. For main course, I had the 36-hour cooked pork belly, squid and peas. The meat of the belly was soft and well-seasoned but the skin was super chewy. It wasn’t crispy at all and that’s disappointing to me. The flavors overall was one note. For dessert, I had the donut with hibiscus sauce and blood orange. It was decent but not mind-blowing.
The service was so-so. Overall, the price-performance was off.
