Restaurant Can Ventura

We found this restaurant randomly and wanted to have a nice dinner with friends. Immediately after entering to this beautiful interior we realised that the reservation is probably needed. The restaurant was not completly full, we got a table without waiting on the first floor. The waiter was helping us with the menu, its in english too, price a bit higher but for what a great food they offer, we still think it was great price for all we had. The traditional food was delicious and very nicely served, each food special and well prepared. 10/10 the atmosphere is amazing, we highly recommend this place. An absolute delight from start to finish, the interior has a mountain style charm, beautiful wood and stone floor tastefully accentuated throughout to create a fabulous atmosphere. Our lunch was simply delicious in every aspect and service second to none, our waitress Natalie deserves a special mention, she managed to be both attentive and charming translating into English the specials, we will define tkt be back one day.

Can Ventura is a classic restaurant very well known through all La Cerdanya. I truly believe it is a must, but this time we were not fortunate with our choices: cod and steak were Ok, but as good as usual and definitely not meeting the quality expected for the price you pay for them. Again I still believe it is worth to test it: service is excellent and the 250 years building is worth the visit on itself. Tiny Llívia certainly has more than its fair share of excellent restaurants. This one is easily one of the Top 5 restaurants I have ever tried in my life. Fantastic value for money too, for what it is. Beautiful, quirky and imaginative interiors, cosy. Couldn’t recommend it more.

45 years of culinary tradition (we asked about the place's history) make sure you'll enjoy a delightful experience. Every detail has been taken care of, including the chic atmosphere recreated in a centenary traditional Cerdanyan stone house. We spent such a lovely time with the family.

Ounce a year when we are skiing in the region of Llivia we always go and eat at Can Ventura because this restaurant is not only very good in preparing very nice food but it is a wonderful place to visit around Christmas.

At Can Ventura, everything is excellent: great food, wine, and service in a cozy atmosphere where every detail is taken care of. And you can take your time to enjoy your dinner without being rushed to leave the table to the next guest! :-)
