Restaurant Caudalie Liège

We were here for the last day of the november menu - and it was absolutely spectacular. From start to finish every single dish was thoughtfully arranged. Everything in balance, beautiful flavors and presentation. We couldn't believe, that this menu was only created a few weeks ago; it all felt as if practiced and perfectioned for a long time. The service was both attentive and warm, the wine recommendations matched perfectly. The owners are a couple; he is the chef, she front of house. You can feel their heart and soul in every bite, every conversation. A stunning overall experience and quite frankly VERY good value for money. The only thing we couldn't wrap our heads around was: why don't they have a Michelin star? In our optinion, everything is already there.

Great restaurant, ambiance and service! We really enjoyed the 5 course menu and wine pairing. Beautiful plating V a great variety of dishes and flavors. The amuse bouche surprises & after desert surprises were great & diverse, but maybe a bit too much icw the actual courses. But overall we had a great evening.

They were incredibly accommodating of my pregnant wife's dietary needs, happily adjusting menu items. Even better, their non-alcoholic drinks aren't just an afterthought - they're designed to pair perfectly with the menu, making for a complete and delicious dining experience

We requested a gluten-free menu which was no problem and safe (something that a lot of high-end restaurants struggle with). We will also put Caudalie on the map for fellow celiacs. The food was creative, wonderfully presented and, most importantly, extremely tasty. The service was immaculate and super friendly. We cannot recommend Caudalie enough.

Had an amazing dinner, a truly balanced combination of delicious and surprising tastes. We included the wine arrangement, which was a perfect addition to the already delicious course. We were served delicious food and wine with great personal service. Our group consisted of people with allergies (One of them being gluten), which was no problem. The substitutes for the allergen containing food were special as well, and thus an extension of craftsmanship and great hospitality. Caudalie, thank you for this truly unique gastronomical evening!

Do not know where to start... but WOW if I can give MORE than 5 stars without a doubt I would. My husband brought me here for my birthday dinner and my god it was heaven from the atmosphere, to the food, the wine, and the attention - we were amazed!!! Every plate that we were served was beyond expectation in taste and look (bless Simon and his helpers hands). Then service, Manon (WOW) an exceptional service from her and knowledge about wine everything she served us was a perfect match to each dish, and amazing host to say the least. As we walked out I wanted to book another dinner immediately and try to extend our trip there. All I can say is this restaurants deserves all the recognition possible and I wish them all the best !!

Undoubtedly one of the best (if not THE BEST) culinary experience in town. Make sure you do a reservation, then go to that magic place and enjoy the great food from the Chef professionally served/presented by either himself or his partner. We ordered a fantastic Trévallon 2003 to complement the 5 courses menu. We will be back soon for another discovery.

The waitress was way too much distracted. She kept forgetting items form the order. The food was good, but the price doesn't match the quality of the food or service.
