"Chasse Botanique, a former barracks converted into a business centre, is the charming home of Chocolat. You enter through the conservatory where tropical plants grow, and then find yourself immersed in the Chocolat atmosphere in the stylish restaurant. This applies not only to the colour of the décor, but also to Dorus Clement's creative cuisine. He plays with a rich palette of flavours and likes to introduce exotic seasonings into dishes with French flair. For example, he seasons hamachi with yuzu, ponzu and sweet melon, but he also pimps beef tenderloin with a brown stock perfumed with black garlic. It really is a great restaurant and I thought I would give it another try since I have been here multiple times but lately the service is terrible. Not friendly at all, like you should be thankful they are serving you . However food is great, drink selection is wonderful . I really hope they improve the service or staff attitude. Smiling is free ….

The service was great. Also the composition of wines. The food was special but the taste not strong so in my opinion a little bit poor. I know better places with better prices. But I really liked the experience!

Nice, slightly upscale restaurant. The service was very friendly and correct without being too pushy or distant. The quality of the food is high, the ingredients are fresh and of a good quality. Plates are nicely finished. The terrace is a very nice place to sit and enjoy the good weather! Ready to pay a little more for a great lunch or dinner experience? Try this place for sure because it’s well worth it!

Do they always amaze me right here? Yes they do! Beatifull *Star restaurant style* dishes with excellent service and amazingly decorated. Love this place and as a guy from Breda I will defenately come Back here, 100%.

Taste is personal, but this is by far our favorite restaurant in Breda. Service is always nice and friendly. And the food... Well we just love it. They always manage to make a dish a little party... Full of flavor and aesthetically pleasing. Today we celebrated my girlfriends birthday and we had a lovely evening. Ps. The wine selection is very nice as well... A recommendation.
