Restaurant Concours

Had a great diner with friends. Decided to have our annual diener at Concours. A great choice. Fantastic ambiance. Tables not too close and too far away from each other. Given privacy, while maintaining cosiness. Music and acoustics were well balanced, supporting a good conversation. We had a table near the kitchen. Great to see the chef and his team at work. We enjoyed a five-course dinner. Well balanced, not too big, not too small. The dishes were good, but not at the level yet that would Concours to be rewarded a Michelin start. A little bit excitement / surprises would be needed for that. Service was good. Wines were great, good selection. We enjoyed various pairing wines. All in all, a great evening. Well recommended.

We enjoyed our dinner at Concours. We loved the variety and each one of us had their favourite(s). The 7 courses with half glass wine pairing were beautifully presented and balanced. It's of course pricey but definitely worth it I am looking forward to my next visit!

I've had a few fine dining experiences in Utrecht, but this - so far - has been the best. It was the right balance of actual delicious food and impressive presentation (I feel that sometimes one is sacrificed for the other). The service was professional and the atmosphere was relaxed, and not pretentious. Every course was enjoyable, and I would definitely go back. It's on the expensive side, so worth it for a special occasion :)

That’s one of the top dining experiences we had so far in The Netherlands. We initiated our dinner with some ham followed by the 5-course menu. The flavor sequence was in perfect harmony and everything were delicious. Congrats!

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. It can be hard to find a high-end restaurant that also offers great and special vegetarian food, but these dishes really blew me away! The service and wine pairing were excellent and the prices were more than reasonable for the experience that you get.

We have visited Restaurant Concours several times now, and it’s always on point. It’s truly one of our favorite fine dining restaurants in Utrecht. During our recent visit, we enjoyed a 7-course dinner with each course complemented by a paired wine. The food composition and quality are consistently superb, with well-balanced flavors and delightful surprises in each course. The service is always warm, attentive and pays attention to details. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Mediocre food, good wine and crazy long waiting time to eat a 5 course meal. 3,5 hours is an overkill. On such a lovely summer eve I would much rather spend more time enjoying Utrecht than waiting for another course.

Superb combinations of wonderful flavors. Amazing presentation. Very friendly staff. Excellent wine pairings. Highly recommended for a top culinary experience in a lively environment
