"Owner and Chef Markus Schenk uses Corso in St. Gallen (SG) to showcase the Alpine region on the plate with expressive yet unfussy dishes made from seasonal ingredients, earning the restaurant a One MICHELIN Star." - Le Guide MICHELIN
Had another great lunch stay at corso in st.gallen. I went for the big salad plate. I was able to choose from a variety of salads at their buffeet. Great freshly homemade salads and dressings with regional ingredients. I added the tofu (extra cost) wich was great as well. All in all fantastic price value ratio! The big plate was only 15.50 CHF. Can only recommend to go there also for lunch.

Had the seven course menu and is a well rounded menu; the ricotta and wild garlic ravioli are Spectacular! The beef duet is the low point of the seven courses, maybe the alternative is better.
The wine pairing is solid but the reds are light-bodied.

A wonderful restaurant with friendly passionate staff. The tartare was amazing. As well as other parts of the menu. Some dishes are inconsistent. However you feel the love. A really nice evening. Great value for money. The bodensee fish was another highlight of great taste and superb plating. Will be back again bravo.

Thanks for the Swiss food experience! Had a fantastic birthday dinner. Service was attentive and welcoming. All of the dishes can be easily recommended, starting from Swiss salmon to dessert. Beef steak - awesome.
