I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Crijns in Noord Brabant, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. I opted for the five-course meal, and as a vegetarian, I was initially concerned about the options available. However, despite informing the restaurant of my dietary preference just 30 minutes before my reservation, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The dishes were not just an afterthought, but meticulously crafted with a deep understanding of flavors, textures, and presentation. Each course was a delightful journey, showcasing the chef's creativity and dedication to vegetarian cuisine. From the delicate starters to the more robust main courses, every dish was a harmonious blend of seasonal ingredients that were fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. The host played a significant role in enhancing the dining experience. Jovial and knowledgeable, they guided us through each course with enthusiasm, offering insights into the preparation and pairing of the dishes. Their warmth and professionalism made the evening even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the quality and attention to detail in both the food and service. Restaurant Crijns has certainly set a high standard, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional vegetarian dining experience in Noord Brabant.

Fantastic food, outstanding service and a great advisor of food, with so much knowledge

A very nice experience. We had the 6 course meal and was overly full at the end. The food was delicious and our server was also amazing. If you come here I strongly suggest that you buy some picallily mustard. It is our favourite mustard and is absolutely amazing.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal here as guests of a Dutch supplier. Wine and food were excellent, and the staff very helpful. The venue is modern, stylish and friendly with large comfortable eating spaces and plenty of room. All of the courses were good, and I recall in particular the cheeses. Through a glass door is a small climate controlled room full of cheese, port and wine, where your personal cheese preferences are indulged by the chef. I left with a plate full of interesting chunks and forced myself to eat the lot. No idea about the prices, I was not paying. Thoroughly enjoyed myself though.
