The service was excellent. Had a nice 6 course dinner, but was a bit disappointed by the number of cold dishes and some of the more unusual combinations of ingredients that appeared to be going nowhere or were simply quite bland. A few of the meat dishes were a bit dry. Prepared too far ahead of time? Only two out of six dishes were spot on. Not a good score... All in all, well presented dishes, but some of the recipes needed more work and were just a bit pretentious and misaligned. 'Subtle flavours' does not equal 'refined'. Would have preferred 'less prettyness' and 'more flavours' on my plate. It was a bit of hit and miss, which is not in line with the prices. I read elsewhere that people had an epic tasting experience... Unfortunately that didn't happen with the surprise menu that was served today.

We did the tasting menu with 7 dishes and accompanying wine. Overall the quality was really good, but it felt a little messy in the overall presentation, switching between dishes, cutlery that was missing etc. Could also have to do with that we were with a bigger group. Wine pairing was good, but as we were with English group sometimes the explanation got lost in translation. That was a shame. Think there is an opportunity to improve

Wow we were impressed. They have a daily menu. You can selected the number of courses. We opted for the 4 course menu. The food was excellent and each dish surprised us positively. Staff was very good. Nice wine recommendations, explanations of the dishes. We loved the look and feel of the place. Definitely recommend. Would drive Tilburg for it!

Wonderful experience. The food was superb and the same can be said for their service. We went here as a surprise for my partners birthday and they facilitated so many things in order to make it extra special. There was a vegetarian menu available which was very pleasant for my partner. The only side note I can give is that they served me three vegetarian dishes as well, even though I saw the 'winter' menu for fish & meat was different. I asked them during dinner and the staff insisted that I will get meat and fish later, but to my surprise the table next to me had the same dishes, with meat. I will not subtract a star since everything else was so well composed, especially the quality of the dishes and wines that were paired with them.

Amazing service provided by Wico, very friendly and attentive. They adapt the menu in case of food allergies or pregnancy. We appreciated that! I think the food concept is not my style, it consists of very complex ingredients and textures that sometimes where too much or too bland. This comment was shared in the table a couple of times. However, the amount of detail and ingredients used make it worth trying and of course to explore it by yourself. I was beyond pleased with my alcohol-feee gin tonic, I never felt left out! Some people in the review said that the portions were small but I have to disagree. The portions were big enough and very nice plated.

Great place. It’s a bit pricy (>€39) if you want to go for the full experience of the surprise menus. But it’s totally worth it. We tried the “taste menu” where you get 5 dishes with different taste profiles and combined it with the relevant wines. The experience and explanation was great, the even take into account allergies/preferences, which is nice, but had the downside that the rest of the people at the table might not get something they might’ve liked as well

It's great food, and great service. They make sure you're all set to have the best night. Perfect menu, with anything for anyone. From Meat to vegan it's al there.

This place is nicely located near the central station and has a private parking. The dishes have a creative pallette of flavours and textures. The meat was tender and fish was soft. Also plenty of vegetarian dishes available that were also amazing. We had 4 course menu, which ended up being a 5 course with the double dessert. All dishes were simply superb! It's a must try!
