Located in a 17C Saxon farmhouse, the restaurant's rich history can immediately be felt in the ambience and the rustic-style interior is extremely cosy and charming. Booked here with a friend for a 5 course dinner which we up graded to 7. No regrets. Top service with excellent cuisine, which was served like a plate of art work.The staff were friendly, professional, in fact great. Being myself totally ignorant in wine, I got the best advice on what wine that past best with a particular course. Was a great evening. Thanks!

Went here yesterday with my girlfriend as a birthday present. I was amazed with the thought that went into each dish, the wine and the service. It all was very good and classy, while not being too formal. The staff was not only very well mannered, also nice to be around with. Regarding the food, it was the best I have ever had.

The food wasn't anything special- not up to the standards of other Michelin starred restaurants I have been to. Anyone can put butter on vegetables, cutting them into shapes doesn't make them taste any better. The chef should focus more on making the food taste good than just arranging it on the plate. Don't waste your money, you can get food of the same quality for half the price elsewhere.

I stumbled upon this restaurant on the way to a meeting with some colleagues. It was really unexpected but absolutely amazing. The food is very modern with nice decor and ambiance. Each course and even the first few tastes were obviously expert prepared and very interesting and delicious. Bits of molecular gastronomy mixed in with high end cuisine. It certainly isn't what we started looking for, but an absolute treat. The chef's menu can be presented by how many courses you want or you can order from the menu as well.
