Visited restaurant Decan for the first time this evening. Tucked away behind a rather ancient looking facade, the interior of the restaurant is minimalistic, crisp and appealing. Subtle lighting and decent size tables with comfortable seating. The service was well devided between the chef, the lady of the house sommelier and the maître d.
We started off with a glass of very nice champagne. The menu looked promising yet we decided to go with separate courses. All dishes came out perfectly timed and beautifully presented. Fresh and high quality ingredients, matching ingredients perfectly. We went for wine, but the table next to us opted for a non alcoholic wine pairing, which looked and sounded most interesting. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Decan very much. Step up quality food, with slightly higher prices.
