This place is one of the best options for bulk purchasing — great volume and cost-effectiveness. Whether you’re looking for fruits, vegetables, various meats, cleaning products, packaging boxes, or even some electronics, you can find them all here. However, it’s quite noisy every time I visit, mainly because staff are constantly loading and unloading goods. The cashiers are polite and efficient — I’ve never had any issues at checkout. That said, I’ve noticed significant price increases during my last two visits, likely due to tariffs. For example, their boneless chicken breast is now $3.30 per pound, which is actually more expensive than Walmart’s retail price, even though this is supposed to be wholesale.

This is the WORST DEPOT EVER. I DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM ATHENS ONLY TO FIND NONE (zero) CARTS TO STACK GROCERIES ON- a large pile of broken carts sits in the corner of the parking lot. Service is “sucks to be you- I only make minimum wage…” and the stocking is inconsistent at best. Terribly run place.

We went to restaurant depot this morning to buy some stuff. We realize we got the wrong one and went back to ask for an exchange because we didn’t open it yet. We talked with Juliza or Julia who helped us but she told us we could not return it and tossed the receipt in our direction. We found a supervisor to help us and he helped us get an exchange and we told him about how she treated us. We checked out with someone else but from her check out line she was making faces at us.She did not give us a good experience This time but we always come to shop here never have any problems.

Poor customer relationships, courtesy associates couldn’t answer simple questions. Dislike the welcoming and customer service. Some of them smoked 🚬 inside the building; It's just so disgusting.

Staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. Great prices on bulk items for restaurants. Must sign up with business info to shop.

This place used to be really great, my favourite place. Since covid it has dimi ished inservice significantly. Longer lines, less variety. Still got some great deals, but a shadow of its former self.

Highly upset. Drove all the way out here because it says online you offer a day pass and then I arrive to the store and it says that they don’t offer them anymore. This is absurd and you need to fix your website or start offering them again

Store had James Farm 30lb IQF Strawberries for $26.56. Rang up at $48+. Said UPC was different and refused to honor the advertised price! Same brand, product, weight, etc. And they claim what is on the tag isn't in the store. Manager even went back and confirmed the price tag and products were together in the right spot. Wasn't even a tag for the $48+ price box. 😡

Why the employees so not helpful and racist, every time I asking for help no one helping and one of the employees even said no speak English, one manager every single time always said one minute but never help or act she doesn't understand me.

This is the place to get meats and products for large cooks. If you cater, or own a small restaurant, you can find it all in one place. Meats and produce are great quality. The pricing is better then local grocery stores, and better quality. You will need a business license of "any" kind to join, but it's free. So, now you know one of the best kept secrets for affordability food.

Long lines 2 cashiers and one of them seems to be ready to go everytime I'm in town Stock is iffy Even if you call before they still might not have what you asked or vice versa They have what they say they don't Probably the worse restaurant depot I've been to on the east coast

Driving from worthington, when you get there they don't have stuff you want in stock. Happened multiple times. Worst customer service.

Terrible customer service and many products very close to expired. This place has went so downhill... I will be shopping someplace else..

I'm a small business and don't have to shop Restaurant Depot as often has restaurants and large bakeries, however since being a small business we have to count every single penny and Restaurant Depot has really helped. I will keep going to Restaurant Depot as long as I'm able to work. I have one employee so the two of us work our tails off and we find everything at Restaurant Depot we need.

These people work hard, they have good quality products, and always go out of their way to help you, the food prices are 25 percent less than most suppliers, if your looking for chef quality burgers, Olympic gyro meat, shrimp, seafood, Gator, crayfish etc this the place, they have koch chicken fresh, best tender chicken you can get, avoid Wayne farms if possible koch is so much better, the produce is good, and carry out containers are 150 count for less than 10 bucks wow!! They carry choice beef steaks etc, a wide selection of every thing, count your blessing at this place:-)

I must say I was very impressed with the service I received here. This was the first time I had been here and I had great experiences with a few of the workers. To me, they went above and beyond trying to get me what I needed. I had asked if they had smaller packed tomatoes and the guy that helped us talked about a few options (while he was stocking other shelves) and then said if we would come back in ten minutes he would go grab and bag smaller tomatoes for us. We were also looking for smaller case pack mustard packets and another guy was helping us decide on brand and price and then offered to go in the back to check on smaller case count quantities to see if they had any to get us since our event was the next day. Overall just very impressed with the level of service. I must admit I certainly didn't expect it, didn't really expect much level of service, but was pleasantly surprised!
