Restaurant domæne

Amazing food that easily competes with other mechelin restaurants in jutland. The food was delicious and very different from course to course with textures, taste and aromas being top tier. The staff did a good job filling up glasses, pulling out the chairs for you and where good at answering the questions we had about the food and drinks. With the full course "domæne menu" we decided to pair it with their alcohol free drink menu, WHICH WAS DELICIOUS. We where taken aback by the quality and how well each drink paired - would definitely recommend.

We visited 16th February at 18:30. Selected our non alcoholic menu shortly afterwards. Our Foundation menu started rolling in and we finished around 21:50. Subjective Observations: Good explanation of each course and drink Food and plating was not visually exciting in the sense of color Plating was average with food always centered Around 19:15 onward the kitchen cooking smell had traveled to the dining area and this conflicted with all the green decorations inside the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience. Pork neck was imported from Spain which did not make sense for me as Denmark is world famous for Pork. Black current dessert shaped like dog pawn over snow had a clashing taste of sweet + mint + salt + Sichuan (spicy) pepper flakes. This was combined with ginger/cucumber beverage. Mint is a very daring move as some may not like the taste but the combination was the worst. I would give this desert 0 points together with the drink. Not recommend.

Really really good, and in an area where you would not expect it. Did not take pictures but you can find on their instagram page. Worth a trip

Spent the most perfect evening here in their beautiful building. Absolutely unforgetable experience with wonderful dishes and next-level service and attention to detail from the entire staff.

Et dejligt sted med god service og maden i top. Vi fik nogle fantastiske retter men inden pointe i at anmelde dem da menuen jo skifter. De har helt sikkert fortjent en stjerne. Deres vin menu er lidt dyr i forhold til det man får for pengene - her kunne de godt blive bedre.. Og så synes vi brød er lækkert ved bordet - det fik man ikke, en af retterne var derimod brød.. Men kan helt klart anbefales…!

Fantastisk velsmagende og smukt anrettede små retter. Personalet var konstant opmærksomme på os, og gav en sublim betjening. Bygningen er spændende - og selv toilettet er en oplevelse. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt!
