It’s an exclusive restaurant in Hildesheim. Enjoyed the 5 plates menu and the ambience. There’s chillout music in the background. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place for sure.

Delicious food served from a petite, but very well balanced & distinctive menu - appropriate for the size of the restaurant. Great location, very central, but hidden away from the late night crawlers. Professional & polite service at a good pace (front and back) - and although the drinks were solid… *please* learn how to make an Old Fashioned.

We had a lovely experience dining at drei11. Fabian gave us excellent service, and we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We ordered the 4 course menu with the "kleine Weinreise." The truffle spaghetti was our least favorite of the four dishes, but the flavors and textures of each dish were so delicious we will definitely come back. The price was more than fair for a fine dining experience.

Delicious food, especially the tuna tataki and truffle pasta. Nice local wine selection. Very nice service but a little waiting time as there were many guests.

I thought it would be better, my Fish was very plain, the beans as well, and the potatoes cold and old. Not worth it

Amazing place & great prices! Drinks were really good and outstanding service. Ordererd one of the specials the tiramisu martini, which was really good. The bartender passed by and asked how we were doing and if we liked the drinks. 10/10 would recommend.
