This was the best meal I’ve had so far! I truly believe they are worthy of two Michelin stars. Every dish was incredibly flavorful, delicious, and healthy, with plenty of fresh vegetables. The food was perfectly balanced—not salty, oily, or sugary—just pure, high-quality ingredients prepared with care. On top of that, the chef and servers were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They even went out of their way to open their bakery for us during off-hours so we could buy some of their amazing baked goods next door. If you visit, don’t miss their bakery! Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

This is coming from someone who doesn’t eat veggies and fruits. This restaurant made them actually taste good! Excellent wine and desserts as well! The servers were amazing, they explained everything really well. Best service I’ve had in Toulouse! Benoit was really great and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for the great experience!

I was there today with my husband. This was an amazing experience and I can not wait to experience again. I found the place online because I was looking for great restaurants with locally sourced produce. The chef grows and collects most of the products used for the dishes, everything else is locally sourced. We don't have any allergies, so we tried everything as is. We went for the starter + 2 mains + dessert. (None of us had drinks because we were driving) The staff is very helpful, we arrived in France yesterday and I have encountered at least 9 people that have rolled their eyes on me for not speaking French 😅, and this was the first experience we had with french people being charming, lovely and polite. Seriously made lunch much much smoother! Food was amazing. Balanced flavors, textures, it was truly amazing. Keep up the incredible team, service and food!

Great restaurant. The food was great, a true sensorial experience. The choice of wine was just the best. But the true cherry on the cake was the personnel, always gentle and attentive It was a pleasure to see also the chef coming to the tables at the end of the night Recommended!

To this day, still one of the best meal we’ve had in Toulouse. Last we came here was 3 years ago before the pandemic, but recommend this place to my friends along with Sarran and Le Cénacle. I have to go back soon. En Plein Nature is outside Toulouse a quick extra 15 minute drive from hyper-ville but it’s worth it. The vibe and ambience is lovely, the staff are professional, the food portion is great and the taste and plating is indeed elevated. For the price it’s not as expensive as other Michelin star rated restaurants, come for lunch you’ll get the same dinner experience for a better price. The entrance is through the back. They have the bakery up front.

Deserving of its star. Fantastic, approachable and attentive service. The food was fantastic. We opted for the lunch menu including both meat and fish to see the breadth of the chefs skills. The sommelier paired wines that went well with each dish. Well worth a stop! Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant, the food is exquisite, inventive and the présentation is exceptional. The service is professionally friendly. With each visit it seems to get even better. Bravo Sylvain et l'équipe. We still talk about a tuna dish we had here a year ago! Excellent advice from the sommelier too. Always our first choice for somewhere special to go for lunch.

One of my favourite restaurants in the Toulouse area. I am never disappointed, always impressed and surprised every time I come here. Lunch has a really nice relaxed atmosphere, in the evening it's a bit more upscale. The staff are very professional and pleasant. Bonus if you enjoyed the wine they served you ,you can even buy it in their wine shop.

Really great Michelin-star restaurant in the cute village/town of Quint-Fonsegrives. The history of the restaurant is neat: the chef apparently fell in love with the little house the restaurant is located in, right across Quint-Fonsegrives' city hall, as its architecture is typical of the region, it has a backyard where are planted herbs & more and as it is near lots of fields/crops which remind the theme of the restaurant: Nature. We had made a reservation about a month and a half in advance for a Friday night. We arrived at 8 p.m. - the restaurant isn't open before, for dinner. The wood tables and tree decoration inside the restaurant made the style very unique and again, remind you of nature. We were seated near the open kitchen so we witnessed the arrival of the Chef and his team and their whole cooking. We were asked by the waiter if there was anything that we do not eat or food allergies. I should have said that I do not like game but didn't think they would serve it (I knew they had in the past but figured they probably vary a lot their cooking). We had fish, pigeon, cheese, figs, macarons... Very original mixes for every dish. The portions were not tiny at all. Even if I'm not crazy about pigeon, I could tell the cooking was mastered perfectly. The Chef likes to decorate his plates with edible flowers. The wine served with the meal was very good. As you leave to pay, you end up in the Boulangerie of the restaurant, where we tried some homemade nougat. It was very very very good. Apparently, if you want to go have lunch there during the week, the wait time to have a table is just a week. The restaurant is closed in August. Very affordable for a Michelin-star restaurant, around 60 euros per person (VS. nearly 100 euros downtown Toulouse in other Michelin's).
