"The initials E, R and H stand for water, rice and men in French (eau, riz, hommes): a mysterious and poetic name for this unusual place that shares its premises with a sake shop and a whisky bar. The Japanese chef delivers lovely French cuisine that is full of flavour and has a distinctly Japanese feel to it; he also takes some rather original detours in his creations. You might like to opt for food and sake pairings. The remarkable contemporary space has a large glass roof and a long counter that stretches out in front of the open kitchen, where, as in Japan, the chef officiates." - Michelin Inspector

Loved the dinner….it was amazing! The service was incredible, and the plating was perfectly matched to each dish. The explanations of every course were thoughtful and well presented, and the sake pairing was a great touch. The only thing I’d note is that a few dishes could have used a bit more portion-wise, some felt like just one bite. Other than that, the flavors were excellent, and we truly loved our time there.

The food was really tasty, delicate and beautiful. The sake pairing was a delight and nice discovery. The service was great and atmosphere intimate. We trully enjoyed our dinner!

We enjoyed visiting this restaurant tremendously. It served food that was innovative but sincere, and of an exceptionally high quality. The chef really showed his mastery of the French techniques, his understanding of the east and west ingredients, and the exceptional skills required for a master sushi chef. The mélange was thoughtful, seamless, and impeccable. Take, for example, the starter dish Kushikatsu presented in a small dutch oven that was playful but also practical by retaining the temperature and fragrance. The lotus root and pepper lightened up and added crunch to the foie gras which ended up accentuating the latter's rich taste and adding interest. For the first 2 courses of the main, the chef clearly demonstrated his mastery for preparing and cooking squid. The sushi rice in the first melted in with the squid so that the 2 components played synergistically on each other in the mouth. It's NOT jist a squid sushi!! It's impossible to give enough credits to every dish. It was truly a great menu but I can't sign off without mentioning the dessert menu. It's an intellectual and progressive dessert course, starting with something like a palate cleanser and ending with something substantive and satisfying, all relying mostly on natural healthy ingredients rather than a focus on flour, butter, and processed sugar. On top of everything else, the presentation was beautiful and zen. Last but not least, the floor staff offered impeccable service. This restaurant truly deserves accolades and recognition. I hope they earn the respect they well deserve. Bravo chef and equipe for the dedication and passion. We loved it!

The entrance is a little confusing, it’s a store and nobody really welcomes you. We went down, and the staff there directed us upstairs. The entrance is a hidden door at the left which was opened after the employee knew we were coming for the restaurant. After entering the service was very good, friendly and calm. We went here on Valentine’s Day and ERH was one of the only places who didn’t raise their prices. Really liked that. The waiter recommend us a wine and champagne, which was very good. I really enjoyed my time being here and had very tasty dishes. We also took the additional wagyu beef. Which was my personal favorite.

It was an incredible experience! We celebrated here February 14th - and everything was amazing. Very tasty, unusual flavor combinations, perfect service. The only nuance is that the restaurant is hidden in a store, and the entrance is not entirely obvious.

The food was both tasty and intriguing which is what we wanted from this experience. Your team are very helpful and attentive. I particularly liked the veal and also the lobster.

Visited during a couple of days in Paris for a birthday. Both the food and service were fantastic, with a really interesting and eclectic tasting menu. The staff were wonderful, especially as they graciously explained each course to us in English. Worth every cent and I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Yelp
Lovely evening out to celebrate us! We were promptly greeted and they sat us at a nice corner table. Decor is simple and earthy. There were maybe three other tables filled, so it was quiet. I could see the staff behind the counter prepare foods - staff look happy not stressed. Food was delicious and had nice presentation. As restaurant got busier, food coming out took more time and there was some waiting. There is only one bathroom which is a negative to me.

Yelp
Fun dining experience! I loved the lemon raspberry sorbet dessert at the end, I still crave it!
