The restaurant, owned by Chef Silvia and her husband Toni, is easily one of the best restaurants in Menorca.
With a focus on “slow,” locally sourced, and sustainable cuisine, each dish was a perfect blend of flavours that highlighted the freshness and quality of the island’s produce. From starters to desserts, the balance and harmony in each course were remarkable.
We also really enjoyed the open planned kitchen, which provides a glimpse into the meticulous preparation of each dish, adding an engaging element to the dining experience.
All in all, we had a wonderful time at the restaurant and would highly recommend it.
