We went to Flor – Helsinki for dinner and were genuinely impressed, especially considering the value for money. We had the five-course surprise menu (non-vegetarian; a vegetarian option is also available), featuring bright, creative starters, a meltingly tender 72-hour pork main, and a rich-yet-light nougat parfait to finish. There are also many other delicious options available on the à la carte menu. The wine and spirits list is excellent, and the sommelier thoughtfully matches each drink to the dishes. The restaurant is il piccolo yet roomy – a relaxed and welcoming space. The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes the evening feel effortless. Thank you to the team at Flor for a wonderful experience; we truly appreciated the care and attention.

Our evening at Flor Helsinki was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the warm and relaxed service immediately made us feel welcome. Even my ever-so-critical wife was genuinely impressed, and that's saying something! The atmosphere at Flor is uniquely cozy yet buzzing with energy, setting the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable dinner. Chef David Alberti’s food was outstanding—every dish beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. The carefully selected wines paired perfectly with our meal, and the cocktails were genuinely impressive. The saffron-infused cocktails are an absolute must-try; they alone are worth the visit! Flor Helsinki delivers fantastic value for money, providing a top-notch dining experience without any pretension. Whether you're planning a romantic evening, a gathering with friends, or a special night out, Flor offers a memorable, delicious, and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

We went to Flor in October of 2025 and had a lovely dinner. It's a small, intimate restaurant and quiet enough to have a real conversation. The wait staff was helpful and attentive, but most importantly, the food was fresh, innovative and delicious. They change their menu items around, but we had as starters the Sourdough with What Bran and Smoked Salt Butter, and the Sauna Smoked Pork Ham. For mains, we ordered the Pike Perch "Bourguigon" and the Roasted Squash, Barrel Aged Feta, Cranberries, Pumpkin Seeds and coriander. Everything was tasty. Highly recommend!

Flor is a new restaurant with lots of potential. We went for dinner and order hamachi as starter. The 72hr slow cooked short rib and the salmon. The hamachi was delicious and perfectly balanced. The short rib was so tender it melted in your mouth, the only comment i’d make is the portion size. The salmon on the other hand was not my favorite and it was lacking texture. Service was great and attentive. It’s a small cozy restaurant with only few tables, I would say definitely come here to have an amazing experience. Can’t wait to see what else Flor brings to the table!

An amazing evening. On opening evening a small struggle with schedule and minor other issues. But that said and exceptional dinner experience. When it comes to outstanding customer experience a special and personal thank you to Natalia who really took this to another level.

We had a very nice evening at the restaurant. The service is attentive and competent. We had the surprise menu. The dishes served were all really delicious. At two tables, guests have to sit on the “window sill” without the possibility of leaning back. Anyone who has a problem with this should mention it when making a reservation. We didn't know this and were assigned such a seat. Fortunately, there were two seats available at the bar, which were immediately prepared for us. Thanks to the team!

The first thing you notice when entering is the very relaxed atmosphere and music. Then the service, also relaxed but extremely professional. And then the best arrives: the food. Excellent food from the beginning till the end. High gastronomic level, very fine and generous cuisine for a very honest price. The wine list is also excellent and I finnished my dinner with a twisted version of a classic cocktail that was also original and excellent. The restaurant itself is very small and intimate, an interesting concept. I wish them all the best and will return for sure.

Absolutely fantastic food and wine. Sensational tastes with every bite. The restaurant is adoringly intimate and the lighting is fabulous. It's the perfect place for a date, catch up with friends or for dinner with a bigger group. Laura took such good care of us all evening and made sure we knew everything about the dishes and wines. I've been raving about this restaurant to anyone who listens for weeks now. Cannot wait to book again!
