A wonderful chef with 1 Michelin star. The fact that it’s located outside the city is great, and it has its own parking. It’s nice that there is also an à la carte menu option. The service was very attentive and polite. You absolutely must try the lobster salad. The ambiance is lovely as well. They offered complimentary dessert at the end.

One of the best Michelin tasting menus in Lyon and fantastic value - I'd go far as to say one of my fav restaurants in the world. The quality of every single dish was perfection - layers of flavour and textures and the velouté was magical. My personal fav dishes of the Menu dégustation were the Red Mullet and the oeuf brouillé homard. Service was friendly but not as attentive as experienced elsewhere. Chef Guy Lassausaie welcomed us as we entered and also saw us out when we left, which was pleasantly surprising.

Excellent!!! Strong and aggressively French cuisine. Really good place and amazing value for the money. Service is also amazing. One of the best meals of my life without a doubt, and weeeell above its one michelin star ranking! At least two stars deserved here.

Excellent food and service, yet at good value. Enjoyed all dishes in the tasting menu as well as the additional langoustine dish we ordered ala carte. A bit of a drive out from Lyon centre, but absolutely worth it.

Un restaurant d'une qualité et d'un accueil inégalé, qui mérite bien ses trois étoiles. Un personnel tout d'abord super accueillant, chaleureux et souriant, et impeccablement habillé. La présentation des plats est non seulement recherchée mais toute a fait exceptionnelle! Pour moi c'est tout simplement le meilleur restaurant gastronomique de la région lyonnaise avec des prix tout à fait abordables et des surprises tout au long du repas ! Une soirée d'exception et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir et sans hésiter une seconde !

Best meal in Lyon! Every dish was delicious and portions are big! Also includes many extra dishes compliments of the chef including amuse and large selection of desserts. They even have a kids menu which includes salmon appetizer, roasted chicken with potatoes and gelato/fruit. Beautiful decor and impeccable service. I can see why Guy Lassausaie has two Michelin stars. Amazing experience and a must try.
