What a pleasure to experience the dining journey that unfolds here. I cannot say enough about the service, the food, and the overall enjoyment. The starters were a surprise and amazing and it got better from there. The creativity with the blending of proteins with vegetables and others was just wonderful. I also appreciate the wines chosen from the wine pairing. I look forward to going back. Thank you so very much.

After 38 years of visiting France this is one of the best restaurants we have ever frequented. Everything was just as it should be. A welcoming, relaxed and congenial atmosphere; friendly, well-timed, correct but unstuffy service and an outstanding level of cookery and presentation. Every dish from the beautiful amuse bouches to the delicious desserts were full of interesting and subtle flavours. All were perfectly seasoned and a real delight for the taste buds! On our first visit, we were lucky to get a table without a reservation and were so delighted, we returned the following week. It was every bit as good the second time around! We felt that the price was reasonable for such outstanding quality. Easily worthy of a Michelin star.

We celebrated our ninth wedding anniversary at Haut-Linage in early June. We had a wonderful evening with an exquisite six-course meal and excellent service. Despite the language barrier, as we don't speak French, the service was outstanding and we had an unforgettable evening. Thank you very much for this outstanding time and best regards from Germany.

The best restaurant I have been too. The service was top tier, the food was incredible and had such amazing flavors! The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and everyone treated us so well.

We found this place when visiting D'Eckmühl and luckily had the opportunity to make a reservation for the next day. And we could not have been any happier! 10/10 service, 10/10 food and the glass of wine we had was excellent as well! Extremely affordable and compared to michelin starred restaurants we've been to no lapse in standards whatsoever. This is star worthy cooking and an absolute recommendation!

Few restaurants in our region (Pays Bigouden, Cornouaille) manage to combine exceptional cuisine with equally exceptional service and atmosphere — but Haut Linage does just that. It’s my favorite among the area’s finest, and a place we’re always eager to return to. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a meal crafted by Corentin, the talented young chef, and Klervi, his partner. Together, they infuse the restaurant — minimalist in design but rich in atmosphere — with an energy that’s instantly uplifting. Every menu they create is a celebration of flavor and finesse. From the generous selection of amuses-bouche to the beautifully prepared mains (last night’s focus on seafood was a particular highlight), right through to the delicately fragrant desserts, each dish showcases the best of local ingredients. Corentin has a true gift for turning fine products into something soulful on the plate. Tucked in the quiet shade of the Phare d’Eckmühl in Penmarc’h, the restaurant is easy to find, with convenient parking right outside.

Haut-Linage will take you on an unforgettable culinary journey that will not disappoint. Using locally sourced ingredients and served with creative perfection this little restaurant is a must visit. I suggest booking in advance as the word is out.

The evening was a great success. The Fisher has been so delicious. The service was perfect. Next year we come again.
