The most amazing food and service. We visited for my husband’s 50th with friends and we were blown away. The wine pairing was perfect and the food was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing restaurant that deserves more than 5 stars. Agree with others that this restaurant deserves a Michelin star and / or 3 AA rosettes. Set up by 2 friends Nick and Darren - the chef and front of house in June 2021, as the world reopened post Covid, they have built up a reputation for excellence. 6 blind courses with the option for an extra cheese course for those with room. Every dish was perfect and beautifully presented. Up there with the best of fine dining and for at £80 a bargain. I am sure when the Michelin reviewers come back, they will get a well deserved star and the price will go up and securing a table will become harder - so go now and enjoy. We didn’t go with the wine pairing which many reviewers praised, but instead got a very local Moreton in Marsh Bacchus white wine followed by a glass of very impressive dessert wine. The wine list is extensive though I think they could showcase more English wines. You will need to ask what style will work best for the menu to come but more cost effective. We tend to go for wine pairing only on special occasions where we can justify the extra spend. We tend to visit this area of the country once or twice a year so will definitely be back again. A perfect place to celebrate, a special date night or just another meal out for foodies like us.

Sublime food, outstanding service & a genuinely wonderful experience. We have eaten at many restaurants & eateries. Some with Michelin stars others outstandingly good food within pubs, hotels & other establishments. Henne is absolutely up there & I have no doubt that it will continue on its stratospheric rise, the stars await you! We had the six course tasting, menu, cheeses and wine pairings. There was absolutely nothing to fault. Outstanding food in a warm, friendly & professionally knowledgeable environment, the love of food, wine & effortless hospitality shines through, a real credit to their profession. I have to note Nicks professionalism as, after a glitch with our payment, it went through eventually! We were treated as valued customers & with the utmost respect, a breath of fresh air in an otherwise world of suspicion where money is concerned. A huge thank you to both Nick & Darren. We will recommend to all we & we will be back soon.

Great little place - modern small restaurant with a great atmosphere and really friendly and welcoming owner. The food was very good - very fresh and summery and light six courses. The lightly cured scallops were so tender and the custard tart to finish was really light with a tangy raspberry sorbet. The one course that we were not so keen on was the pork as we all found it a bit chewy and the fat was not rendered but everything else was perfect and there was a good choice of wines and a big plus for the driver - alcohol-free beer! We will definitely be going back.

A wonderful place! The food was excellent and service amazing with one person attending to all tables! Still had time to chat about the food and restaurant. We had the perfect table to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. We will be returning!

A small intimate dining space with an excellent front of house host, who knows his stuff and is very attentive. Each course was delicious and my partner had the veg tasting menu. Both menus were exceptional. With the service and food being beautiful, this place deserves a Michelin star. Parking can be found outside or at the station car park or the one just outside the station (3 min walk).

A fabulous evening at Henne. We had the wine pairing with the six course taster menu. The food was beautifully presented and Nick the consummate host. Absolutely will come again.

New restaurant which is surely the best one in the Cotswold town of Moreton in Marsh. Only 14 covers where front of house Nick welcomes guests and looks after you throughout the evening. Chef Darren brings out each course during the evening. Tasting menu beautifully presented with matching wines. Food is excellent and thoughtfully prepared. Watch this place as it could easily achieve a Michelin Star in the coming years. You are really made to feel at home in this restaurant on the main street.
