Well, well, in deed the food was delicious, though the skin of the duck breast could have been grilled a little bit longer to be fully crunchy.
The mouse au chocolat was a dream, no doubt about that.
What I disliked the most was the behaviour of the waitress and the fact that drinks were used for a good rip-off. 79 CHF for a bottle off a Merlot from Tessin is sporty.
Just for the record: for the aperitive one should be asked if one likes ice-cubes in the sherry or not. Next to that something black floated in the sherry when served. Luckily she took the sherry before I could finish it, though it was still half full...
I know this behaviour from low class restaurants in Eastern Europe. This arrogance of the waitress which makes you feel not to be welcome; this on purpose overfriendly behaviour just to please the guest...🥴
Therefore this place is recommended for people who like good food but don't care about good service.
And beware of the beverage prices. They are exorbitant...😑
