The service was excellent, as was the wine and the presentation of the food. It’s a very calm interior, there's pretty much no atmosphere, it’s all the food and what’s happening at your table. Good or bad you decide. Half of the menu was some of the best food I’ve ever had - the leek dish incredible. The main was very good. The artichoke dish I felt was heavily overpowered by the buckwheat. Overall great experience, would return.

Our food was fantastic, our server made our experience very fun and memorable. We felt very welcomed. Enjoyed their “secret menu” perfectly paired with three regional wines. Excellent presentation and exceptional flavors course after course. I wish all the best to the owners! You can definitely taste and see the love and passion they put into every dish. I will for sure recommend this restaurant! We will be back!

Everything was so good and the service amazing. It’s a surprise what they bring— and a very good one. I like the blue lobster the best but 5 small dishes. All amazing!! Bravo!

Loved this place. It was calm and cool after a long and very hot day. The food was exceptional, every dish thought through so carefully for flavour and texture. They managed my food restriction without fuss.

I hesitate to leave a review because I enjoyed great service from the crew. However, I think more thoughts could be given into the harmony of each dish, different flavors might be too contrasting and not complementary e.g. berry jam and bisque was too sharp and masked the taste of other elements. Oil felt stale for fried fish. I understand that the chef tried to incorporate Japanese style of cooking but since I am highly familiar with Japanese flavors, skills seem to be lacking for fine details. For the price point, I was hoping for more refined cooking and better executed dishes.

One of the best meals of my life. The food: the textures and colors, the variety and interesting combinations were pure perfection. From the moment we walked in this restaurant, we felt welcome and we were treated wonderfully. The cocktails were fantastic, the amuse bouche was wonderful. This is a small restaurant with a wonderful staff. And reservations are a must. The staff explained what the courses were as they were brought out — even explained it in English as we don’t speak French. A fabulous experience that we will never forget.

We loved our evening at Influences restaurant. We felt warmly welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. The tables are well spaced, so you never feel like you’re sharing your evening with the neighboring guests. The décor is elegant, and the service was impeccable. The food was absolutely outstanding. We had contacted the restaurant in advance about our dietary restrictions, and despite it being a “surprise menu,” every dish was perfectly adapted for us. Each course was a true explosion of flavors and textures—a genuine culinary experience.

Our dégustation at Influences was refined, delicate, expertly paired, sophisticated, and avoided all pretentions. Dishes were innovative, while retaining the essential qualities of ingredients. Service was well paced, friendly, polite, and welcoming. It was a great dining experience, more than just delicious. We left full and happy- a highlight of our séjour in Bordeaux.

Ambiance here was great. The food was good, reflective of the price. And the service was good as well. The plating of each dish was beautiful, but the taste of the food was just ok. Not something, I would crave again. However, I am still glad I got to experience the prix fixe menu and paired each plate with their wines.

Happened to make a reservation before our trip and thank goodness we did. What a absolute treat! The menu is a surprise and surprise is it did. All of the courses were wonderfully presented and combined tastes that amazed us. Everything was prepared by a chef who really puts thought into his food. We enjoyed every bite. Be adventurous and have a meal here.

Wow! Impressed. Service was warm and friendly. Well timed. Wife was the server and was brilliant, knowledgeable and fun! Husband, the Chef, was awkward when serving his dishes but the food speaks for itself. FANTASTIC. Tasting menu with wine pairing was perfect and the volume of food was crazy! Thank you for accommodating my tardiness!
