Restaurant Iodé

Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Vannes, although it's unfairly underrated. Refined cuisine, where each dish develops a very balanced bouquet of flavors. The setting has been further improved recently, with great taste, and the result is superb. The service is perfect. Le Iodé more than deserves a star, which we hope it will receive very soon. In conclusion, and in one word "a must-do" in Vannes.

Innovative courses, great service. In my opinion, they are on a successful way towards a Michelin star. I especially liked the course of the decomposed and rearranged tomato, it was fun to discover all ingredients and I enjoyed the well balanced harmony of the composition. The accompanying wines were very good. Again, the Cidre that accompanied the tomato course was a great match. After one year, we revisited the restaurant in June 2023, and I can only repeat what I've said before.

We were looking forward to an interesting dinner at this highly-recommended (Michelin guide mentioned) restaurant. We arrived on time for our reservation only to find the restaurant closed. Shortly thereafter (AFTER our reservation time!) we received a notice indicating that the restaurant could not honor the reservation. This is NOT how you run a restaurant, no matter how interesting and clever the food actually is. Very unprofessional.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment encore dans votre établissement, tout est au rendez-vous, un travail détaillé des produits et une recherche dans les associations de saveurs bravo à toute l’équipe, un vrai bonheur, un très beau très bon moment gastronomique
