Restaurant Kaiseki

As I love art and beautiful interiors and good food it must be one of my favourite restaurants. Starting with beautiful art set in the restaurant, small with intimate but relaxed at the same time atmosphere. Great music in the background which wasn’t too loud. Very friendly and professional staff, every dish was explained. Food was absolutely outstanding, mix of flavours. Can’t recommend it enough, not only a meal but nearly 4 hours experience, huge plus for not rushing like other places where table is reserved for 2 hrs. Definitely a must on the restaurant map. Hope you can get your Michelin star soon.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Kaiseki, a beautiful fusion of Kaiseki and French culinary traditions, and it was an exceptional experience. The combination of delicate Japanese techniques with refined French influences made each dish a true masterpiece. The pacing of the meal was spot on, allowing me to appreciate the intricate flavors without feeling rushed. The wine pairings were perfectly chosen to complement the fusion of cuisines. The sommelier’s selections elevated both the French and Japanese elements of the meal, making the experience even more memorable. In all, Restaurant Kaiseki masterfully blends two culinary worlds, offering a dining experience that’s both innovative and respectful of tradition. The thoughtful wine pairings added an extra layer of enjoyment. I left feeling impressed by the creativity and care put into every detail. This version highlights the fusion aspect while maintaining the focus on the impeccable timing and wine pairings.

Excellent japanese dinner in Aix-en-Provence. Modern and welcoming location, very nice personnel and excellent cuisine mixing French and Japanese style. I stronhly advise to every Japanese cuisine fan, they won't be disappointed.

A French-Japanese cuisine with finest products and high service, in an absolute gorgeous decorum and landscape. The house wine is luminous.

Very tasty gastronomic restaurant, the service was top. Decorations and art is just breathtaking. The black cod fish was amazing. Very expensive but well worth it.

Мы посетили этот ресторан в обед, семга на основное блюдо была очень вкусная, свежая и учтены мои пожелание о блюде без лактозы и без сахара . Так же была очень вкусная утка. Нашему другу повезло меньше, так как он заказал курицу, и она к сожалению была не вкусной. Но атмосфера, обслуживание и основаная еда были превосходными.

Superbe restaurant, une expérience unique. Dès les premières bouchées, on est transporté dans un voyage sensoriel où l’équilibre des saveurs, la délicatesse des textures et l’élégance des dressages s’harmonisent parfaitement. Le chef met à l’honneur des ingrédients d’exception mariant la tradition japonaise à une touche contemporaine.

Magnifique première expérience ! C’était la première fois que je mangeais dans un restaurant gastronomique japonais et je ne suis pas absolument pas déçue. La salle est très belle et intimiste, le personnel est au petits soins. Je me suis laissée tenter par le menu Omakase à 205€, qui je trouve vaut tout à fait son prix ! Les mélanges de saveurs sont inattendus, les produits sont d’une très grande qualité. Je me suis tout simplement régalée et j’ai surtout découvert énormément de saveurs que je ne connaissais pas ! Je recommande à toutes les personnes qui apprécie la culture gastronomique japonaise, c’était délicieux.
