"Your congenial hosts Roman and Maria Mailänder represent the second generation of their family at the helm. They put their heart and soul into running this establishment that is typical for the region, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Imbued with the rustic charm of the Alps and adorned with decorative paintings, the ambience is warm and inviting. Alexander Rettenbacher is in charge of the kitchen and devises two three- to five-course set menus – there are one or two alternative main courses available. The cuisine is modern and seasonal, drawing on regional and Mediterranean influences. Vegetables and herbs from the restaurant's own garden are also used.
