Restaurant La Borie

Came here for New Year’s Eve 2025/2026 and it was amazing. We booked same day of (which was poor planning on our part) but was pleased to find a reservation available and it surpassed our expectations. Best dinner I had on my 3 day trip to Paris!

An exceptional experience from start to the end. The food is just perfect. We had the 7 menu experience my husband chose the pairing. The lady chose amazing and original wine he loved the experience. For myself i had the non alcoholic cocktail which was great. If you didn t eat yet here please come quickly it is a gold moment to share with your loved one.

My wife and I visited La Borie while in Paris for a friend's wedding. We were looking for a fine dining option that we could enjoy together; La Borie did not disappoint. We love the farm-to-table experience with restaurants in America so it was really nice to find one in Paris. The staff were very warm and accommodating of our non-existent French. The food is delightfully paired and exquisitely crafted ising what they can make on their own farm. We had the 7 course menu and added on the 5 wine pairing and cheese plate. We could not be happier with our choices. The taste, presentation, service, and creativity were all superb. True to the form of fine dining, the portions are small but the pace is slow (dinner took 3.5 hours) so we left completely satisfied.

We visited for a romantic dinner. Food was outstanding. They only feature a surprise menu, but you can chose how many courses you want and any dietary restrictions will be taken into account. We had excellent tasting starters and main course. Service was outstanding. A very personal experience.

Weeks ago I saw La Borie on a walk in the neighborhood. I thought it was a mirage. Let’s face it, our corner of Paris is not a gourmet haven but there it was; a farm to table elegant outpost of calm and care. It’s a new venture and still a little rough around the edges on service, but the hearts of Eve, the pastry chef, and Tanguy, her partner shine through on every dish. Throughly enjoyed my Father’s Day brunch even the perfect little escargots. As to food, it changes with what at the farm, so come and enjoy. I look forward to returning on my trips to France in the comning years.

Absolute gem- food is fresh and super delicious. The service is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and passionate about sustainable food. It is also well-decorated, spacious, and the value for money is unreal. This is a real gem of a find and looking forward to going back !

Amazing place and great concept! Everything you eat is produced in the restaurant’s farm: You know you eat the season fruits and veggies. The lady who served us explained everything to us! The atmosphere is super nice as well. You can be sure to have a great moment while eat great and fresh food.

Thé food was excellent, service professional and kind, the atmosphere calming and warm. The only slight issue is that we would have liked some nibbles with our aperitif. It is definitely an excellent address to keep in mind!
