Weeks ago I saw La Borie on a walk in the neighborhood. I thought it was a mirage. Let’s face it, our corner of Paris is not a gourmet haven but there it was; a farm to table elegant outpost of calm and care. It’s a new venture and still a little rough around the edges on service, but the hearts of Eve, the pastry chef, and Tanguy, her partner shine through on every dish. Throughly enjoyed my Father’s Day brunch even the perfect little escargots. As to food, it changes with what at the farm, so come and enjoy. I look forward to returning on my trips to France in the comning years.
