This was hands down the most surprising and delightful meal I had in Paris. The foie gras was cooked to perfection—rich, buttery, and aromatic. Each dish was a journey through a variety of flavors—sweet, sour, bitter—all perfectly balanced. The textures were just as impressive, with a mix of soft and crunchy elements that kept every bite exciting.
What stood out the most was their creative use of grains, adding an unexpected heartiness to the meal. The plating was wild and artistic, which added a unique charm to the dining experience.
I truly loved every aspect of this meal and can’t recommend it enough. A must-try!
