Halle aux Grains

"Not only is the old corn exchange home to part of the Pinault Collection, it also houses a highly creative restaurant. In homage to the history of the building, Michel and Sébastien Bras take seeds, cereals and legumes as their starting point and cook up healthy and contemporary cuisine. Be sure to sample a tasty dessert, such as their take on the Paris-Brest: choux pastry meets pumpkin seed cream in a crunchy praline affair. Unbeatable view of the rooftops of Paris." - Michelin Inspector

This restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience, boasting great decor and vibes ✨ that perfectly complement its stunning surroundings. Guests are treated to amazing views 🌆, with the grand, architectural canopy of the Bourse de Commerce visible from one side and the serene beauty of a nearby church from the other. The service is great and remarkably attentive, enhancing every aspect of the meal. Their thoughtfully curated menu, featuring a concise yet brilliant selection of four savory and two sweet dishes, is simply amazing! 🍽️ Each offering showcases fantastic quality and value for money 💰 It absolutely deserves a Michelin star for its outstanding culinary artistry and overall experience.

Absolutely amazing. We went before a visit of the Pinault collection and were not disappointed. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and elaborate. The tastes and flavours are out of ordinary and we all were very impressed and surprised. Cereal milks (épeautre particularly) are delicious and to try +++. The place is stunning, the decoration is beautiful and the view over Paris is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. Absolutely nothing negative to say, 5 ⭐️ without a doubt.

Amazing view and excellent menu. A wonderful spot for afternoon tea or an apéro break while visiting the exhibitions at the Bourse de Commerce. I would love to come back and try dinner next time!

Popped in for lunch after checking out the museum - didn’t realize it was such a fancy spot, but they welcomed me in my yoga pants and T-shirt without a blink. The food was next-level. Everything had some kind of grain or seed worked into it in a clever way—quinoa with the trout, a crispy seeded tuile on dessert, even the starter had this creamy-herby thing with mussels and zucchini that was wild. Super creative but not over-the-top. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Pacing too slow. For a vegetable restaurant I left a bit hungry as a vegan (thankfully they brought me extra bread and a side salad). Nice views. Tables are a bit close together. Food was interesting but I deep feel wow-ed any dish, a component, a sauce, sure.. but overall it felt lacking. If they do much I bet this would be a great lunch spot. But it was nearly a 4 hour dinner which could have been accomplished in 2 so the pacing was a bit off. One of the dishes was half a roasted onion which was a bit laughable but also none of the desserts were vegan and the chef many me something special and one-off on the fly- that was actually pretty good (with persimmons)

This was hands down the most surprising and delightful meal I had in Paris. The foie gras was cooked to perfection—rich, buttery, and aromatic. Each dish was a journey through a variety of flavors—sweet, sour, bitter—all perfectly balanced. The textures were just as impressive, with a mix of soft and crunchy elements that kept every bite exciting. What stood out the most was their creative use of grains, adding an unexpected heartiness to the meal. The plating was wild and artistic, which added a unique charm to the dining experience. I truly loved every aspect of this meal and can’t recommend it enough. A must-try!

Had such a good lunch here in the dome of the gorgeous Bourse de Commerce. The flavours in each dish were wonderful.
