"Not only is the old corn exchange home to part of the Pinault Collection, it also houses a highly creative restaurant. In homage to the history of the premises, Michel and Sébastien Bras take seeds, cereals and legumes as their starting point and cook up healthy and contemporary cuisine. Be sure to sample one of the delicious desserts, such as the chocolate and toasted vanilla fondant served warm – an interpretation of the 1981 original. Breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris." - Michelin Inspector

Went here twice. The first time I liked it more than the second, but both visits were overall very enjoyable. The setting is stunning—it’s located at the top of a building with a refined, elegant atmosphere. There’s a beautiful indoor courtyard, and some tables offer a view outside. It’s quiet, tastefully decorated, and has the kind of ambiance that makes it feel like a special occasion just being there. The staff are very attentive and professional, providing excellent service throughout the evening. The food is very good—elevated, creative, and well presented—though not quite the best I’ve ever had. That said, it’s still an excellent level of quality, and certainly worthy of a fine dining night out. It’s interesting that the restaurant doesn’t have a Michelin star, as it really does deliver an experience close to that level. They also offer lovely aperitif cocktails and have a well-curated wine list. We had the tasting menu and asked about wine pairing, which they don’t normally offer. But they put together a custom pairing for us, which was well-matched, generously poured, and fairly priced. All in all, it’s a great place for a fancy night out in Paris. I’d definitely recommend a visit, especially if you’re looking for a beautiful setting with great service and refined food.

After checking out the exhibits at Bourse des Commerce - I got to catch “clinamen” by Céleste Boursier-Mogenot - climb up to the top floor to the restaurant. You get a wonderful view. I got the six course lunch (price was so reasonable). The food was delicious and well-plated. I particularly liked their steak served with a pan of potato-cheese (I forgot its name). Soooo good! Their desserts were also a great finish.

This restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience, boasting great decor and vibes ✨ that perfectly complement its stunning surroundings. Guests are treated to amazing views 🌆, with the grand, architectural canopy of the Bourse de Commerce visible from one side and the serene beauty of a nearby church from the other. The service is great and remarkably attentive, enhancing every aspect of the meal. Their thoughtfully curated menu, featuring a concise yet brilliant selection of four savory and two sweet dishes, is simply amazing! 🍽️ Each offering showcases fantastic quality and value for money 💰 It absolutely deserves a Michelin star for its outstanding culinary artistry and overall experience.

We came for tea and the rhubarb tart was out of this world. The smoked trout in cereal sandwich was also excellent. The restaurant and hallway had great views inside the Bourse de Commerce - Pinault Collection, and outside onto Les Halles and the St Eustache Church.

From the moment we arrived this place was magical. The view, the art, the building, the food, the service. All was a wonderful piece of art. Highly recommended for special occasions

Went there for a short tea break during the visit to the Pinault Collection and turned out the dessert is exceptionally good. Love the decor as well. Nib the leaflet home and translated it to English so that I understand the whole rationale behind the menu, decor and the staff’s uniform. One star has been taken away as the staff wasn’t so clear about the menu.

Absolutely amazing. We went before a visit of the Pinault collection and were not disappointed. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and elaborate. The tastes and flavours are out of ordinary and we all were very impressed and surprised. Cereal milks (épeautre particularly) are delicious and to try +++. The place is stunning, the decoration is beautiful and the view over Paris is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. Absolutely nothing negative to say, 5 ⭐️ without a doubt.

Pacing too slow. For a vegetable restaurant I left a bit hungry as a vegan (thankfully they brought me extra bread and a side salad). Nice views. Tables are a bit close together. Food was interesting but I deep feel wow-ed any dish, a component, a sauce, sure.. but overall it felt lacking. If they do much I bet this would be a great lunch spot. But it was nearly a 4 hour dinner which could have been accomplished in 2 so the pacing was a bit off. One of the dishes was half a roasted onion which was a bit laughable but also none of the desserts were vegan and the chef many me something special and one-off on the fly- that was actually pretty good (with persimmons)
