"Green peas and sage-flavoured fresh goat’s cheese gnocchi; lacquered monkfish, curcuma-flavoured carrot juice and aromatic fregola sarda; tarte Tatin and double cream. Behind the titles of the dishes, each more tempting than the last, you get a sense of a confident chef who knows where he’s going. Chef and "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" Jacques Rolancy concocts indulgent bistro fare within the walls of a converted mill (always cool, even in the heat of summer). Bargain-priced lunchtime menu and peaceful terrace." - Michelin Inspector
What a wonderful gem of a place. Found it recommended on the Michelin app. Chef 👨🍳 “Chef and "Meilleur Ouvrier de France" Jacques Rolancy concocts indulgent bistro fare within the walls of a converted mill (always cool, even in the heat of summer).” More than delivered on inventive tastes with a warm attentive staff who helped me on gluten free choices. Wonderful quirky interiors. Just loved my evening here as a solo diner. Just go. It’s a different feeling than the usual lot. Like discovering a great Velvet Underground hidden number.

This restaurant has a very cute terrace in the back with a great view to the church of Lorgues. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. Also we enjoyed the menu of the day which was delicious as you can see in our pictures. Great experience thank you for this evening

Fantastic food! We had the TTT main dish (tartare of tuna and turbot) and it was really something special. The balance between the fish and the vegetables and fruit was incredible. Also the tart tatin was delicious. Only the fennel salad we started with wasn't amazing.. But still not bad. The decor is not really amazing, but we were quite happy anyway.

Chef Jacques offers a masterclass in regional cookery and hospitality. The restaurant is well-sited, service is polite and efficient a menu both broad and interesting and sensibly priced. Definitely worth a visit.

This is the most delicious meal I have had in Lorgues for many years! Absolutely wonderful. As a vegetarian I sometimes struggle in France but both my starter and main were excellent. The flavours were superb and there was a real mixture of textures. Jacques, the Lyonnais chef really is an asset to the town - worth a visit!

The service was very attentative without being intrusive and the kitchen did a great job on the various dishes we ordered (note that their chef seems to add a North African/Morroccon touch). Absolutely satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely recommend for anyone stopping in Lorgues (I would also come back of course!).

Food was good, as always in France the wine was dear. Drinks are cheaper in Italy. Didn't go for the menu but ended up paying almost as much as if we'd had it.
