Beautiful 1* restaurant by the lake, reasonable pricing and wide selection of wine. We took the menu and love the langoustine and home made cheese. It would be better if they could remove the umbrella at the patio for an unblocked view, serve warm bread and tastier dessert.

★★★★☆ We came as a group of four-two adults, two kids, one turning eleven. Every table looks out over the lake, which is a nice start. It took the staff a few minutes to notice us, even though there were plenty of them. Once they did, service clicked into gear: extra snacks kept showing up, the bread was next-level, and our glasses never stayed empty for long. We picked a light local wine. It was good, not life-changing, and priced the way wine is in most fancy places-higher than you’d like, but not shocking. The menu mixes things up in a fun way. My “Simply Beef” was tasty but on the small side; everyone else was happy with their dishes. So maybe a me problem. The whole team seemed keen to make the night work, and the mood stayed relaxed-great for giving the kids their first Michelin experience without feeling stiff. Is it worth the money? Hard to say. If you’re asking the question, you’re probably ready to spend it anyway.

Amazing family restaurant with breathtaking views of the lake. Compliments to the chef for the menu, all dishes were incredibly tasty and I am sure we will remember some of the combinations for years to come. You can tell the dedication of the family that runs it from the moment you step in the restaurant. The service is also extremely good, the staff is very attentive to your needs. I’ve been to a 2 stars restaurant in Paris, but Lamartine is definitely superior both in the quality of the food and of the service. Congratulations for running such an establishment!

We spent a lovely evening for our 10th wedding anniversary! We went for the full dinner experience. Exquisite meal with great advice on the wine ! We definitely recommend! And the cherry on the top was the full moon to make the view even more spectacular!

Excelent food, with the very best ingredients provided by local distributors. The chefs make outstanding food, everything is fresh, there are delicious breads, deserts and a cheese chariot only with most special local cheeses. And the view is absolutely stunning!!! It's definitely a place worth visiting!

I’m not going to spoil the menu for you but can I just say it’s fabulous ! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, the sommelier always has great suggestions. Sitting on the terrace on a summer evening is a beautiful experience.

A safe choice for a superb culinary experience. Its long lived reputation is based on two excellent teams: The one in the kitchen and the other in the restaurant. On top it is based on a fantastic location.

The service was excellent, the view spectacular and the food even better. I don't give a lot of 5 stars, but this one earned a five-star rating. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I can't wait for our next visit to Bourget-du-Lac so that we can enjoy this culinary delight, with a stunning view of the lake.
