Magical food. Very special, very standards, fresh, creative and unique with friendly and professional service. You will be discovering new flavours that you would have never tasted i.e. fermented tomato juice! It's exceptional and how a restaurant should be. It's as environmental as it gets, sourcing their vegetable from their own farm which we had the chance to visit and composting all their waste. We loved it. I recommend the pumpkin gnocchi with caviar and fennel flower, the lamb with the boutargua and the three kinds of tomatoes.
