"Navigating between France and Japan, chef Naomi Ogaki trained in Alsace and Provence, under the tutelage of Antoine Westermann and Christian Étienne respectively. In his lovely bistro complete with a long counter, he serves high-quality traditional French cuisine that draws on influences of Alsace in autumn and winter, and of the South of France in spring and summer. House classics include pâté en croûte, game, spaetzle, home-made boudin, fish aioli – not to mention some first-rate classic desserts." - Michelin Inspector

Japanese chef cooking classic French dishes refined, polished very well done. I only had one dish so I wish I could have experimented more to give a better review! Overall very clean tasting and solid if you’re looking for a slightly elevated take on classics preserving its original taste

I ordered the pate en croute, the fish of the day which was a salmon with a beurre blanc type sauce and their nougat glace dessert. All of it was delicious, thoughtful made (the salmon was just barely cooked through), paced nicely and paired well with wines. This was my second lunch here and I will definitely be back to this wonderful gem!

The best meal we had this time in Paris. Attentive, relaxed service, nice atmosphere and above all excellent food. Fish of the day with Parmesan velouté was the food highlight of our trip, but couldn’t fault starters or desserts either. It’s an understated little restaurant whose food speaks for itself. We stumbled upon it and so glad we did - we will be back next time we’re in Paris!

A nice and cozy spot with a great selection of wine. The starters and appetizers were actually better than the main dishes, but overall, a great experience. Perfect for those looking for a relaxed, non-touristy atmosphere.

Japanese artistry on French food. Limited yet delicious menu. Both Duck and Beef steak are a great options to try. For white wine, go for Menetou Salon. And finish with Profiteroles. 💕💕

I really enjoyed the 703, with its delicately prepared french classics in a quiet setting. I had the set dinner menu and particularly enjoyed the duck roti (not pictured) that was cooked to perfection. I was also very happy with the wine list that included both french wines and nihon-shu (sake), which makes for great pairings. The waiting staff was pleasant and fluent in Japanese and French. Although they could not directly help us pick a wine to fit the daily menu, they consulted with the chef for recommendations. We were well cared for while also not being interrupted, which made for a relaxing night. In the end, we chose to have our desserts at the counter instead of our table, and it was definitely a highlight! From there, we could chat with the two very friendly chefs and watch their preparations. It’s always a pleasure to witness such professionalism :)

I had a wonderful dining experience at Le 703. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was intimate and cozy, and the service was impeccable. The menu features classic French dishes with a Japanese twist, and everything I tried was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I especially enjoyed the red snapper. The wine and sake list is also excellent, and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations. I would highly recommend Le 703 to anyone looking for a special dining experience in Paris.

Delicious French food with Japanese inspiration and technique! We had the carré d'agneau and it was delicious. Super tender, moist and tasty. The foie gras for starter was delicious. The service was efficient and super attentive. The space is cozy and very welcoming. Edit: I am now a regular client and come here on a regular basis, and I love this restaurant!!!
