Helmed by chef Enzo Duchesne and sommelier Adrien Lavorel, Le Bourgeon nurtures a modern gourmet horticultural score whose ingredients are painstakingly sourced. Veggies take pride of place in the menu, with guest star appearances from meat and fish, in spot-on dishes steeped in aroma and flavour, illustrated by a starter that mixes raw and mashed courgette, goat’s cheese, gremolata and confit of egg yolk. The food here is seriously some of the best in the world! The quality, taste and innovative cooking in this local French restaurant rivals multi-starred restaurants that charge $300+ a head. Beautiful building and excellent service. The exquisite food is what really sets this restaurant apart. I would give it 10 stars if I could! I could not recommend this restaurant more highly - it is indeed worth a trip!

Lovely atmosphere, excellent value/money, Adrien and the team really do show passion for what they do and this can be seen in the quality of the service and the attention. Definitely an adress worth visiting that highlights creativity along with locally sourced ingredients.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée au Bourgeon ! Les menus sont accessibles et permettent une belle expérience de dégustation. La cuisine était excellente, de très bons produits pour un superbe ballet de saveurs. L’équipe de salle était également aux petits soins, attentionnée, de bons conseils et d’un grand professionnalisme. Belle découverte de passage en vacances dans la région. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Excellent repas. Le sommelier connaît extrêmement bien ses vins. Un bon moment dans ce restaurant qui a du caractère via son lieu sous les arcades. Le principe de ne choisir que le plat et de faire confiance sur les entrées et desserts est intéressant. Très bons équilibres de goût. Le fromage affiné était succulent. Bref, un moment de partage très apprécié. Depuis l’apéro où même le tonic est artisanal au dessert avec des produits locaux.

Invité pour mon anniversaire, j'ai passé une agréable soirée. Une cuisine autour du végétal et ça change ! De belles découvertes comme la mousse de riz, jus de viande au café, glace à base d'aneth... Vous serez conquis sans aucun doute.
