Le Farçon provided a delightful and cozy dining experience, leaving us thoroughly impressed with both the ambiance and the cuisine. The food was nothing short of exceptional—delicious, creative, and perfectly cooked. One dish that stood out was the green salad with its creamy topping, a wonderful balance of flavors and textures. The desserts were equally impressive. Having visited the restaurant back in 2019, I can confidently say that it has improved significantly since then, offering even more refined dishes and attentive service. One aspect that surprised me, however, was being asked to keep the same cutlery throughout the entire dinner as part of their environmental initiative. While it’s an admirable effort towards sustainability, it felt a bit unusual in a fine dining setting. Overall, Le Farçon is a gem worth visiting for its innovative menu and warm atmosphere. I look forward to returning again!

This restaurant takes you on a delightful tour of the Duchy of Savoy. The staff is so welcoming and professional. The food was incredible. I like restaurants with a lot of meat and they served venison, beef and reindeer. That in addition to shrimp and monkfish. The dessert was one of the lightest and most delightful ending of a meal I have ever had! Loved the experience! Must try when in Courchevel.

A very refined dining experience with innovative regional flavor combinations that mystify and delight. There were four of us and we had the four course tasting menu and some thought it did not deserve the Michelin star but you will certainly have a unique and intensely pleasurable experience. Revisited in Feb 2025 and we were unanimous that they are heading to the second star…after an amazing 10 course tasting menu featuring ingredients from the Savoie region of old. Don’t miss this restaurant if you are in the area.

Good food and regional menu. Every course was delicious! Especially les amuses bouches and potato noodles. Service was outstanding. Very good value meal. We will have to come back next time!!

Visited in Dec 2023 for lunch The lunch at Le Farcon was my best meal in Courchevel during my week long stay there. We went with the 3 course menu (€68) as with the amuse bouche, bread and petit fours, it sort of becomes like a 6-7 course meal which can be quite heavy for lunch. There are menus with higher number of courses too if you want that. The dishes were absolutely exemplary and the presentation was exquisite. Every dish brought a different flavour to the taste buds. We liked every single item and it’s very hard to choose which was the best. We also ordered some champagne and wine which the restaurant has a very good collection of. Service was excellent. The restaurant also kindly catered to my personal allergies by replacing a particular dish with an alternate. Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant and a must visit in my opinion if you’re in Courchevel

It takes a bit long from starter to desert, 3.5 h. Excellent service. Price is about 100 Euro per person. Food is OK. But I found some dishes too sour, too salty or too sweet.

Service was pretty much on point but wasnt too professional. Price quality was also extremely high as the set dinner was a lot cheaper than expectations especially in this area. As for the food it was not outstanding. Cozy environment. Very big piece of bread. But the best part was that the restaurant offered us free shuttle from the hotel to the restaurant and back. (We lived 80 euros taxi away)
