Google
Unassuming bistro that serves delicious tapas. Flavours are rich - sea dishes (crudo, escabeche) loaded with acidity, sweetbread was well seasoned, and tasty sauces. But we found most of the dishes lacking support in texture - every dish we had was quite "soupy" - perhaps we got unlucky with our dish choices. The homemade desserts like the carrot cake were excellent. Our server was incredibly friendly, and put together an amazing little wine pairing for our chosen plates.

We tried so many things because we could not decide- everything was absolutely delicious. We had the scallop, brioche, patatas and a few others. Our server made the most amazing cocktails- I let him choose and I was not disappointed. Everyone was so fun and friendly- made for a wonderful evening.

We celebrated both a birthday and an anniversary at Le Fin Gourmet, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting — elegant yet cozy, with charming decor that set the tone for a truly special evening. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor — clearly prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. You can tell the chefs here are passionate about their craft. What truly made the night unforgettable was the impeccable service. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcome and celebrated. They went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable evening — something we’ll always appreciate. If you’re looking for a place to mark a special occasion or just want a fantastic meal in Québec City, I highly recommend Le Fin Gourmet. It’s a hidden gem with a big heart (and even bigger flavors!). 🌸✨

It’s a blend of western & eastern cuisines. SO creative and SO unique that you probably won’t get this kind of meal in the rest of your life. My major highlight in this trip. Also left with Philip’s hand-written recommendation of not ‘touristy’ stuff to do in town. They invited me to sit at the bar and chat with them since I dined in alone. They are rly nice people and made me feel like home. I did solo travel to most places but this restaurant was the one that really took effort to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend the squash tapa and duck drumsticks!

Google
We were looking for a tapas style restaurant and found this one, decided to give it a try and thank god we did. The team was extremely nice and helpful, they know their menu and it shows. The food itself was sublime, but portions are on the smaller side for some. Nonetheless, every bite is worth the price.

Yelp
We loved our experience here. The atmosphere is intimate, charming and warm. Food was excellent and the service staff treats you like you are a regular. They can switch easily between French and English. Maybe one of the best kept secrets in Québec. Several steps up from burgers and pizza like the description suggests. Don't miss out on the opportunity to enjoy fine dining with a relaxed feel.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised with the food. Small plates and sides filled us up. Many interesting flavors with a variety of menu choices. Dessert was also good with the crème brûlée apple pie. Yummy! I highly recommend this restaurant. It is best to have reservations since it is smaller, with limited seating.

Yelp
This was an off-the-beaten path sort of place, well away from central QC touristy areas. You know this because you can actually find street parking right outside the restaurant! It is a very small place, neighborhood bistro, maybe 10 tables? Owners and waitstaff were very friendly, easy to converse with in English. And they had a menu in English. The menu is small, with maybe 20 items. Half are tapas, small plates and half are full meals. We only ordered from the tapas side with mostly good results. Guys tried the Koren egg (not for me) but they thought it was "interesting". The swordfish special was seared in small pieces on a bed of pickled veg. Very tasty, although I thought the swordfish was a bit dry. We also tried the mixed grilled veggies with crème fresh, very good. My favorite of the night was a fried zucchini blossom, just one came on a plate, but it was amazing. We all agreed a good loaf of bread would have rounded out the meal. We didn't ask for any, and none was provided or on the menu. The vibe was very laid back and the music (mellow classic rock) was playing at a volume where you could easily talk. The only downside was a customer seated on the opposite end of the small cafe had the most obnoxious, piercingly loud laugh that it kinda messed with our mood of relaxing and trying out some new dishes. And she laughed a lot! Obviously not something an owner can control so we rolled with it the best we could. I'm giving 4 not 5 stars mainly on price not exactly matching what you got. We've eaten tapas in US and Spain and some of the plates, like the one zucchini blossom on to thinly sliced zucchini, seemed like a very small bite for the price. Would still recommend if you like trying out more unusual dishes.

Yelp
Quaint little restaurant with delicious menu. I can't really say much more than that. We were a group of people having dinner here therefore I was mostly talking therefore I didn't notice the speed of the service and whatnot. This doesn't affect the star rating. The missing star is due to the size and location - then again, not being a chain restaurant, they are limited to what they can do. I admit though that they use the space they have quite efficiently. I love the art on the walls and their food. I also find it a little disappointing they only have a french menu and not updated. They might not be in the touristic part of the city but there were tourists going in as I was coming out. As for the lack of update is simply on the beer (which isn't that bad because they said it before I got to notice). It is possible they simply haven't had the time to reprint just yet. Anyway, just go and make your own opinion, I doubt you'll be disappointed if you know what to expect. :)

Yelp
Really recommend this restaurant, the waitress is so nice to show us the menu in English, and kindly show me the way how to go to Metro supermarket. The food is really delicious and price is quite fair. It's a surprise for us to have such good food in my trip to Quebec City.

Yelp
This place is so good. We were visiting Quebec City, and stumbled upon this place for dinner. We ordered the fried cod fish ball appetizer, salmon tartar, beef cheek and cow tails for 3 people. Everything was so yummy, and filling too. The ambiance is also nice with dimmed lighting. Overall it was an excellent choice. I highly recommend! :)

Yelp
I really enjoyed my experience here, the food, the host, and the quaint atmosphere. Felt authentic compared to touristy area in town.

Yelp
Delicious! I had a steak, and my wife had the granola burger. Both were yummy, and the sides were even better.
