Excellent food, varied and tasty ingredients. Service attentive without being obtrusive. May be the dining room could exude a little more warmth - but we were there on one of the many rainy days in July, which may go some way towards explaining our feeling!

This was a very nice experience.
We took the 7 course menu that started with 5 amuses. I am customed to have arrangement of wine complementing every dish, however it wasn't in the menu. But the sommelier made sure that he would have some suggestions and would even go to lengths to try different wines for the dish. This wasn't necessary because the first wine he came with was a direct match. It was very good. For all 1 star michelin restaurants I was. This was sure 1 to never forget. The food was great, the bread was great. The service was very attentive. If I'm ever close again I will come back for sure.

It was amazing! We were here last in 1997. Why did we wait so long? We will be back in 2026 for sure. The attention to detail, the flavors, creativity, service, wine list, beautiful presentation and restaurant. Only superseded by the amazing Chef and cuisine. Thank you!

Menu dégustation : tout était parfait, des amuses bouche aux mignardises. Pas une fausse note dans les différents plats sublimes par des sauces exceptionnelles. Le service impeccable et une association mets /vins très juste. Dans l’assiette la deuxième étoile n’est pas loin. Bravo à toute l’équipe. Nous avons passé une belle soirée.
