Second time today in this restaurant,second time horrible incompetent and forgetful service,long waiting time. But today on top of it the waiter was inexcusably rude. Pass your way. Food is not out of the ordinary to close eyes to a bad attitude.Train better your staff,my advice to the management.
(The answer to the owner,who wants to turn the situation) Is ordered and forgotten to be sent to kitchen order a part of your experience too? Because this what was my first experience and the answer from your staff after 45 min wait for the main dishes,so I never got served my food and went straight to dessert since kitchen was closing. Also if your staff had their ears opened and listened the first three times when asked politely,maybe the fourth time won't sound as rude to them. 30-45 min wait between the courses is not an experience,but disregard to the client. So thanks for the invite,but I'll take my business elsewhere.
