⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3-Star Review – L’Partage, Crans-Montana
L’Partage was a bit of a culinary rollercoaster—some ups, some downs, and a few “hmm?” moments along the way.
We kicked off with the octopus starter, which sadly put up more of a fight than expected and was on the tough side. The truffle caccia cruda filling, however, was genuinely tasty and indulgent… if only the dough hadn’t been so hard, it could’ve been a real winner. Moving on to happier territory: the Mad Water fish as a main course was nicely done and enjoyable, and the deconstructed ravioli was fun, creative, and well executed. Bonus points also go to the cheese sticks—crispy, comforting, and very easy to love.
The real plot twist, though, is the menu. It says a lot, yet somehow not very much at all. After reading it a few times, you’re still left wondering what exactly is landing on your plate—an adventure, yes, but a slightly confusing one.
All in all, there were some good bites and some good ideas, but the experience didn’t quite click for me. Fun to try once, but not a place I’d rush back to.
